I ordered Paneer Pulav and Mandi Chicken Pulav through Uber Eats. Both dishes were tasteless-no salt and flavour, though it is delivery it should be little warm, looks like they reheat the food and change the main addition(paneer or chicken), and the quantity was very less for the price. Really disappointed with the quality.

The food is delicious, especially the juicy mandi and raju gari kodi pulav. However, the wait time is incredibly frustrating. When you place a togo order, they promise that the food will be ready in 20-30 minutes. But guess what? I had to wait a whopping 1 hour and 20 minutes! They keep saying, “Five more minutes,” every time I ask. It’s as if they don’t care about their customers’ time. This has happened multiple times, almost every time. It’s a complete waste of time and a reckless disregard for customer service.

Our meal was rich in flavor and wonderfully satisfying. The Tikka masala has to be my favorite.

I went there specifically for Egg Pulusu but after taking the order they told me it isn't there so I went for Chicken Chettinadu, and my original bread order of Garlic Naan and Keema Naan. None of those items were tasty - where is the taste? Chicken Chettinadu was so horrible I could not wait to get out of the restaurant. And yes, when taking the payment the server did not bother to ask my input for the tip page because even she understood just how unhappy I was.

We went to this restaurant for my wife’s lunch, I ate chole poori and my wife ate thali What they served as Chole is not really chole but just “sour chana curry” that was very bad. Now coming to sambar that they served in the thali is miserable, does not taste as sambar at all. Rice in thali is not completely cooked. Read of the thali is ok. I really don’t recommend this restaurant at all.

Ordered Combo juicy Mandi but pieces were not at all juicy they just pour juice on top of piece. But I didn’t curry leaves in Mandi which totally disappointing. Other item was Tandoori kodi taste was ok ok but no dipping sauce.

Amazing 😋Dining at Godavari Charlotte was an exceptional experience. The menu is a thoughtfully curated representation gastronomy, showcasing both regional diversity and culinary precision. 👌 The dishes which i tried was flawlessly crisp, with a perfectly spiced potato filling, complemented by a trio of fresh chutneys and a rich, aromatic sambar. The service was attentive yet unobtrusive, and the ambiance struck a harmonious balance between modern sophistication and cultural authenticity As someone who has experienced fine dining across multiple continents, I can confidently say Godavari Charlotte stands among the finest restaurants outside India. It is a destination for both connoisseurs of Indian cuisine and those discovering it for the first time. Highly recommended for its authenticity, quality, and hospitality. 😊😋

This is great spot to get authentic Indian cuisine with a friendly staff and nice atmosphere. I also love the online ordering which sends a text message when the food is ready for pick up. I have been here many times, and my food is always ready within a reasonable timeframe and consistently tastes good. And the chai tea is amazing!

Visited for the first time with family on Sunday afternoon for lunch. We asked for Got biriyani but to our surprise they were out of got biriyani on Sunday afternoon at 1:40pm. Really surprised and shocked that they didn’t have goat biriyani. It was a huge disappointment but we were so hungry and all decided to order different biriyani varieties we ordered- Shrimp Biriyani was good, Special chicken biriyani was delicious, Goat roast mamsam biriyani was very spicy but good, and Hyderabadi chicken dumplings biriyani was bland and tasteless.
Dead slow service, we were waiting for the food for around 45 minutes. Never waited so long in any Indian restaurants before 😅.
