Pizza is not good, order pizza for Supper Bowl weekend Nicole didn't give good service. I ordered 2 pizza got 1 call to see if they would make it right she said forget it she have to call the owner.

The employees are very rude and slow the short fat one with colored hair should be fired. I asked to inquire about the time for my order which was supposed to be ready 15 minutes ago and she cussed me out and said “I’m not finna argue with you” while I just asked a simple question. Ps yes I’m a dasher. Being one doesn’t invalidate my concerns. I deal with your employees probably more than your most loyal customers. EVERYTIME I go here to pick up an order is a long wait time.Get your employees to work properly and again this is not anecdotal this a review of the business be on time or be 5-10 minutes within the time frame but if I ask you how long after waiting a substantial amount of time I shouldn’t be harassed for asking how long. Review your tapes and see if I was rude or your employee.
I will give them another try. *** Update I tried them again. It was much better the second time around. Don't expect this pizza to taste like the old Godfather's. What I this last time was decent. I would advise extra sauce br requested.

Lady that answered the phone was very rude and nasty!!!! Made me Wana cancel my order but I was hungry!!! Get it together boo if u don't like you job get another one! But don't take it out on paying customers

I ordered 3 pizzas online through Godfather's website. At 7:42pm I called the store to inquire about my order that was slated to be delivered at 7:40pm. I was told the pizza had been picked up at 7:15pm and called Doordash to confrim they had been delivered at 7:18. No one knocked on my door or rang the door bell but as I am on the phone with Godfathers I walk to the front door and open it only to find 3 pizzas sitting on the ground in front of my door. Godfathers assumed responsibility and lack there of for failed Doordash deliveries just as they would if they hired drivers. I really appreciate the owner calling offering a refund for a failed delivery and making sure Doordash deliveries are not a representation of their business.

Today is the second or third time we've called at 8:25 to be told they aren't taking orders any more. They close at 9. This is a pregnancy food for my wife. It's the only reason I'll come here. I personally think this place is trash. I was going to grab Chinese rather than eat here. The pizzas are small for the price. Lacks flavor. Definitely not Chicago style, or a bad imitation if it is. You can get a bigger better pizza at Tony's and a better pizza of a similar style at Jets. But two stars because at the end of the day it's pizza.

I love Godfathers Pizza, even travel over an hour to get a pie. When this store opened, I was ecstatic that it was so close. Ordered a pie today and was disappointed with the amount of toppings I received. Godfathers is known for an abundant amount of toppings which distinguishes this pizza from the others. This pie is one that I will not be going back for, I will continue to drive to Rockingham and Lexington where they know how to make a true GODFATHERS PIZZA.
