Very disappointed that part of my order was missing in my most recent UberEats delivery tonight. Can't fault the driver because bag was sealed up. So, the restaurant did not double check that everything I paid for was in the bag. Food was hot, so that's good. Although, dumpling sauce had spilled out onto everything. Thus the 3 rating. This was my 2nd time ordering from this location; no problems first time around.

For the most part the food is good, however you should check your order before leaving. Once you get home, there's no turning back. I ordered General Tso's Chicken and got home and discovered I had a dish more resemblant of orange chicken. As expected, the phone was passed to the owner/manager who quickly explained that I had the correct dish, because they don't have orange chicken on the menu and they use the same sauce for sesame chicken. The dish was orange and General's Chicken is brown. I was not going to engage any further. If I had lived closer, I would have returned just out of principle. The dish was not distasteful, just wasn't what I ordered. I don't believe in paying for a service and then have to beg for what ai wanted. This is the 3rd time this has happened, shame on me?

First time here. We ordered out. We got Singapore noodles, beef lo mein, pork fried rice, dumplings and sweet and spicy soup. We were not disappointed in anything we ordered. We will be back.
We have ordered takeout from them several times and they have never disappointed. Order has been correct and delicious each time.

I have never in my 27 years of life have described a Chinese restaurant food as bland or needs salt as they usually heavy salt their food, I ordered the Mai Fun and there was literally no seasoning or flavor. The chicken was white (please see attached photo.) I called to have it remade and it looked the exact same when i came to pick it up. I asked why the chicken was white, as I usually order this same dish from other restaurants and it has a yellowish tent and way more flavor the man told me I should have ordered the Singapore Mai fun. So I sent the remade and original back and ordered that instead only for the difference in it to be a slight difference in color and spicy STILL NO FLAVOR! Highly disappointed and will not be coming back.

Ccannot recommend. I love duck and it's hard to find in Chinese restaurants i the south. BUT they use MSG and sugar in every single dish. They will tell you they can make it without - but then another person informs every single dish they make has both! Research MSG side effects - headaches - hart pain and heart palpitations (all of which I experienced every time on the nights I I ate their food - ate there a number of times until I realized that was the reason - when I stopped - the symptoms stopped. Did not appreciate the dishonesty that they could do dishes without msg and sugar - but then you taste the sugar and then you have the msg symptoms. Some of their basics are not good (when they are good at most Chinese restaurants) (1) like pork fried rice (gross - threw it out (the rice was white unlike the brown colored delicious fried rice in their combo dishes) . (2) Ttheir wonton soup tastes like water - the wontons are dough with nothing in them - the soup crispy noodles have no taste at all though the texture is nice - never saw Chinese soup noodles like that). Am exploring other Chinese and Asian restaurants in the area. Recently ate at River Buffet Grill - yum! And no headache, heart pain, or palpitations. Happy Eating! :)

The food is very nasty! I ordered some chicken wings. They were old and refried, the reason my order was ready in 5mins. The cashier was nice.
They followed directions the best they can, but the food quality was just not there, not for everything.General tsos chicken was good, but the egg drop soup was just ok and Pad Thai was spicy, but not flavorful/aromatic.If I order again from here, it won't be those same dishes.It was made fresh and tomorrow order, just missed the mark.

I’ve only ever gotten take out from here but let me assure you. It’s the freshest, tastiest Chinese take out I’ve found in Charlotte, maybe anywhere. The portions are capacious. You can eat well and have plenty of leftovers for lunch the next day. I’m not a huge cruciferous veggie fan but I can’t stop eating the broccoli out of my husband’s beef and broccoli. The Singapore chow mei fun is fantastic, the egg rolls are always crunchy and delicious.Clearly there are a lot of negative reviews. We do not know anyone who works there or are affiliated. I can tell you we almost always order on weekday evenings.

Order through beyond menu usually gives us coupons. Great service! Fast! DELICIOUS FOOD. Their steamed dumplings are to die for. Singapore mei fun delicious. Their general Tso’s is not one you can replicate or find somewhere else. So yummy!!

Called in an order spoke to a man who was very nice when I went to pick up my order I was overcharged five dollars. The food that I ordered was nasty. The lady who was at the front checking people out was very rude I would never order from them again. When you have a small business, you should treat every customer that you have kindly. If it weren’t for us, he wouldn’t have a business.
