I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. Our server was incredibly rude from the moment we sat down. He didn’t bother to introduce himself and never once offered refills on our drinks. Anytime we asked for something, he seemed visibly aggravated or just flat-out said no. It was shocking how unprofessional and dismissive he was.

When I spoke to the manager about the situation, he completely disregarded my concerns and claimed that the server had never received complaints before—something I find extremely hard to believe given how poorly we were treated.

I’m truly disappointed with both the service and the lack of accountability from management. I won’t be coming back.

The food was okay the salad was kind of off cuz they look like they had it in water but my waitress Kiki Miss Kiki was the best she made the experience great no matter what her service was great her attitude was great everything about her was great. She needs a raise

Today my husband and our daughter went for breakfast to this location, food was good per usual met our waitress Sandra who just gave us a refill, and took our used plates when it was time to leave we noticed we didn’t have any cash on us, for a tip. We cleaned up our table and made our way to the car to get change. Went back in when I noticed we had left our stroller as well, that’s when I saw our waitress and she told me in a rude manner “thank you for my tip” as if it were mandatory, as a former waitress I never had a problem when they left no tip my job was to give them a good service either way.
