Loved the brown sugar milk tea but oolong based
Customer service is okay. But it doesn't make up for the poor quality of the products. I wouldn't recommend at all.
Please remove or update this chair lol looks like it was retrieved from the dumpster lol
Love their milk foam!
Best Boba in Charlotte hands down!
Just moved into the area , thankfully they had a location here.
They are kinda hidden though
Order comes out so fast good workers
This place was cute and smelled good, but the service was nonexistent. The staff told us to use the iPad checkout because the place was empty, but it wasn’t user-friendly.
Our family's fave spot! My girls are always asking for it. Cream brûlée milk tea's her jam. I stick with Earl Grey milk tea and crystal boba 😋
I hate how the same drink I order tastes different every single time. Not a single worker is consistent for more than a week.

They are OPEN with new menu items! I ordered the mango green tea and it was refreshing as always☺️I love hanging out here and the staff were so helpful too❤️All the snack options look delicious
I tried the new crème brûlée croffle with pearls and it was soooo delicious!!! My barista Alina was truly amazing and so kind. If I could give 6 stars I would this is such wonderful establishment from the people to the cutesy vibes of the store.
First time at Gong Cha as I was driving on my roadtrip and I was in for a treat! The Taro tea Latte was nice and refreshing in this heat and I also got the Crème Brûlée Croffle! The texture was nice and crispy and the brûlée reminded me of a flan🥰I will definitely be back to try the bubble waffle next time
It’s open again (5/2/2025)
Google showed open, however seems like this place is closed until further notice. I wonder why the owners could not update Google to reflect that they are closed.
