From the moment I walked in, everyone at Great Wall of China made me feel so welcome — the service was warm, attentive, and genuine. And the food? Easily some of the best Chinese I’ve ever had. Every dish was flavorful, fresh, and perfectly cooked. You can tell they take pride in what they do. This place is a true gem in Charlotte — I’ll definitely be coming back.

Spices? In this economy?
They somehow managed to make Chinese that lacks flavor or even saltiness flavorless. Beef w/broccoli, Sweet & Sour Chicken, Lo Mein. Absolutely incredible, the mushy Lo Mein manages to taste salt-free.
Obviously the rice and noodles are overcooked, but I'm stuck on the various water-sauces. It's like l have a head cold. The only flavor is a bland anti-flavor.
Like, I've had bad Chinese before, but it had an actual *taste*. This is the equivalent of microwaved vegetables that looked at a salt shaker.
At least it's expensive for the small portion size. Save yourself the delivery charge and put some steamed broccoli on white bread with a bit of water for oomph.

Absolutely loved the food, service was amazing, everything you want in a restaurant was at this place. You can definitely expect to have some of the best Chinese food at this restaurant. Don’t just take my word for it, experience this for yourself while you can!

Misadvertising the seafood fried rice only has shrimp and scallops. No lobster or any other seashell. Charging $29.00 is ridiculous when you do not offer. The explanation of the meal.

Service was A+. I loved the saltwater tank they have in the dining room. For an appetizer, I got the Crab Rangoon, and I don’t recommended them. For an entree I got the Great Wall Crispy Shrimp. The broccoli was fresh/crisp and cooked perfect in a brown sauce. Huge shrimp, great value. The shrimp was very sweet and had a glaze on them. I will be back next time but to dine in with a friend and get a few Mai Tais.
