Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ

It was a great experience for our family as we celebrated my son's 21st birthday. He is a meat lover so the food options were perfect.

First time visiting to celebrate birthday - excellent interactive experience ! Food was very tasty, many options and mostly GF free! Limited cocktail menu and service a bit inconsistent but ok. Good place to experience Japanese BBQ

This was such a fun family dinner! We ordered the all-you-can-eat Premium package and had our server bring out her recommendations. It was perfect! Highly recommend.

Went yesterday with my family and this is the second time ive come and there has been a strong sewer smell that no one can explain. Wont be returning.

The food and service was amazing we tried a lot from the all you can eat Menu. We did think it would be a little more fancy inside but that didn’t take away from the delicious food! We got the all you can eat for $74 per person and it was worth it.

This was my first time here. Everything I had was delicious. We did the $54 endless option with my group. There were about seven of us. all of them had lots of flavor, well seasoned and marinated, and just overall really delicious. I tried Kapot for the first time a couple months ago and that is nothing in comparison to this place. I can’t wait to come back here again.

Found everything to be great, but a little overpriced compared to other comparable places. Overall good place. Would recommend.

Great Mother’s Day experience. This was our first visit but it will not be our last. Our waiter explained everything perfectly and even though it was one of their busiest days of the year he made sure we were well taken care of.

We were disappointed with the visit. I was in my birthday and I went to Houston location but I have a horrible experience in this location (Charlotte NC). The food was as we expected but the customer service was horrible. We paid an all you can eat with a 90 min of time. The waitress was really disrespectful and she didn't pay attention of our party. We were losing time and I have to stand up to look for some service a couple of time. Also, the place was horrible, we were hidden from the regular location of the restaurant and it was difficult to get good care. Also, my wife ask them for a birthday surprise and they didn't care of it

First time there. Experience was excellent from the food to our service. Will be going back.

Hard to find parked in their retail space, we had to park at Sheraton hotel down the street and walk. Coming to the food, it was decent and the service was good.
