The staff just told us to hurry up because they where closing in 30 minutes. Horrible service. This goes out to businesses owners, you could always replace staff but you can't replace customers.

I don't have anything negative about the employees....they are working hard to serve people. But many times on weekdays, they are understaffed. Tonight there was 1 young man working hard to keep up. He was doing great but needs support.

I got two drinks they were close to closing I say about 30mins away and she didn’t make enough for both drinks as if she was in rush.Instead of making more she flip the cups upside down then back up and headed it to me so that the cup would look full not knowing I watched her the whole time.Ive never had this problem at the South Park mall location

Employees were super enthusiastic and they have the best milkshakes 😋 the cookies and cream milkshakes are thick and very rich flavor that makes you full.

The three employees working there this afternoon were so so sweet to my family and I! We had had a really rough day after having car troubles in the parking lot but the staff here lifted our spirits and the ice cream was delicious like always. We really appreciate their kind words and excellent service!

Wish if I could give a 0. Terrible manager who wouldn’t accommodate our son’s peanut allergy. Simply said they could scoop from the side when EVERY other ice cream shop we have ever been to happily opens a new tub with a new scoop. So bad. Don’t go there, we wont again.

There’s a front door that’s been broken for several weeks and the place is very cold at night. The workers and quality of food is five stars. The temperature of the place is extremely cold.

Went half hour before close, only there for their newest holiday flavors. And somehow they were sold out of the peppermint flavor ice cream and supposed to be opened another half hour but chairs already up and supposedly no more peppermint holiday ice cream- yet night was very slow n waverly tonight… maybe..

Went this evening with my daughter. Small cookies n cream +MMs, +2 Gummy Bears, she just wanted to see one on top. Girl ask me if I wanted “3”, sure why not. She then goes on to charge me $1 for MMs, which was fine and another $1 for three damn gummy bears, really? Didnt say anything, but know Im never returning. Jennys going forward. Place is a rip off, stay away! Ice cream was already overpriced to have to pay an additional 2$ 🤦‍♂️ especially for a 5 year old.
