not sure why this place has such bad reviews? but i enjoyed their smoothies, very creamy and filling. Would definitely recommend if you want to sip while you shop! We got the wild berries and the pomegranate smoothies at this exact location!

The manager that was serving was yelling at the people in line because they stood in the wrong line even though one of the employees told them to get in that line. The manager was extremely rude and loud yelling at the customers. Then the customers left and we decided not to deal with such a rude person and ended up leaving with the people in front and behind us. That is no was to treat loyal customers or resolve issues.

So first thing that happened was I got there and this skinny African lady was standing there with her AirPods in and it took her 2 minutes to even ask what my order was. I then asked for the midnight cookies and cream, she then said with an attitude "we have cookies and cream" and i said do you have the MIDNIGHT cookies and cream and she said again "we have cookies and cream" then i asked her so do you or do you not have the midnight cookies and cream? and she said "we have cookies and cream. I then asked what does that mean is it the same thing or a different one? and she said "we have cookies and cream" Now i was getting annoyed because its a yes or no question do you have it or not and she is not answering my question. She is giving me big attitude now even tho she small. and then i just asked again "there is a sign behind you that literally says midnight cookies and cream do you have this item or not?" then she says again "we have cookies and cream" so then i just had enough and i said nevermind and then she said with attitude "thank you" and many of my friends have had bad experiences with this lady in the past.

A few weeks ago, the store was closing down for night, I asked for a free cookie. The rude employee told me No and said the exit is that way. She could’ve been nicer about it and all my friends had bad experiences with her.

I had a disappointing experience due to the rude behavior of the employees. Their attitude was unprofessional, and it seems I’m not the first person to notice this. It’s unfortunate that customer concerns aren’t being addressed, and the mistreatment continues. Very disheartening

Always the place with the longest line in the mall yet they have the most employees jabbering behind the counter and invariably when you get to the front they say they have one flavor of ice cream left. Be aware!!!

Ice cream is ice cream but the employees are below average. The girl taking our order looked like she did not wanted to be taking our order & she also had an AirPod in one ear and could barely hear us - well I wonder why you can’t hear when you’re wearing an AirPod in a loud busy mall? I would recommend stopping at the Cinnabon right beside it!

I waited 15 mins in line and when I got to the counter was told I needed to get in line while the employee pointed at the people who were waiting behind me… the employee would not accept that I had already waited in that same line and would not serve me . Not worth the $$ to be treated like trash .
