If I could give it a 0 I would. Just got ice cream from here 5 minutes ago the first interaction I had with this employee was asking him if the register was opened on the left since it’s never opened and he responded with “why do you think I’m standing here” by the way after 10 minutes of him and his coworkers just laughing and joking around. While we were trying to get our flavors and telling him what we wanted he was laughing and speaking to his coworkers in our face and got upset with us for “not speaking loudly” I told him it’s his fault since he was speaking with his coworkers and laughing with him and he kept talking back. Extremely rude. Kept say “one at a time” and kept being rude and ruling his eyes. Disgusting rude behavior. The ice cream is great, worse customer service. Do better!

I am very disappointment with the service I received . When I attempted to sample several flavors, the server informed me that I could only try two, despite observing him tasting the flavors before serving me. This left me feeling dissatisfied and I ultimately decided not to make a purchase. I would not recommend this establishment to others.

Today my granddaughter and I wanted to buy ice cream, but the woman at the counter refused to serve us and rudely shouted offensive words. This is pickle discrimination and we are going to trial. We were upset and our granddaughter cried for a long time.

Apparently they changed there store hours that isn't even posted on anything yet since I tried getting ice cream at 11:30 when they claimed to be open at 10am. But the person working their gave me an attitude and said "we aren't open yet." So I'm not going there again.

I have just seen that most of the negative reviews are complaining about the bad service, in my case they served me normally, I would even say well. My one star goes to what I'm going to explain next. I paid almost eight dollars for two scoops of ice cream, I wasn't offered any toppings or it doesn't come with anything other than ice cream. My point is that the same flavor ice cream with even more quantity is worth $3.70 at WalMart. I felt a bit ripped off for the price and the price is not visible in the store.

The attendant are really slow ON PURPOSE. They do not care about people waiting. They Move as slow as possible. You can tell that they do not care about the business!!!!

Great product that is brought to the ground with bad service. 4 people behind the counter, no line - just 3 customers besides my son and I. Took 10 min to place the order, and 15 min wait to get our ice creams. Instead of working on our order, the three young workers were huddled over their phones in the back. I asked the manager what’s going on, and she had no clue what her people were doing.Bad service, bad management, bad organization. The Mall management should really think of bringing a different provider.

It’s like the staff hate their jobs. Never smile never talk politely and if you ask them a question again since you couldn’t hear them whisper you instructions, they roll their eyes sigh and tell you again in the same volume. I only come here because the product they have is decent. I’m sure finding employees is hard but they can Atleast be told the truth.
