First time visit. We were visiting relatives in Charlotte and stopped by for lunch. Ordered salmon salad and the burger. Salmon salad was great. Loved the burger. Exceptional table service.

First time at Harry’s and I was seriously impressed. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for a night out or even a solo dinner at the bar. The food? Top-notch. Everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor.

What really stood out was the bartender, Clay, I think his name was. Dude knows his stuff. Super friendly without being over the top, made some great drink suggestions, and just kept the energy at the bar relaxed and welcoming. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does.

Definitely planning on coming back soon. This place has that perfect mix of good food, great drinks, and even better service.

What an experience! I ordered the salmon tacos and my husband ordered the pork chops. Fabulous. And our waiter Clay was AMAZING! Highly recommend.

Nice little fancy establishment on the other side of Carowinds Amusement Park.

The Arsley area definitely has its mini shops and restaurants that allow them to be of good local use.

Harry's Grill seems to fit that.

Staff is friendly and courteous. We were seated instantly.

The wait for food was OK. Refill of drinks was on point, though. As a result, I never felt we were thirsty.

My party had the steak tacos, which looked and tasted basic (was just only meat in a tortilla with street corn on the side)

I had the burger and fries. They weren't as warm as I had hoped, but the seasoning of the fries and flavor of beef, cheese, onion, and Mayo for the burger gave it some justice.

Nonetheless, with a restaurant whose prices are set as this establishment does and with the decorated decor font from their menu designs, I was expecting a little more in that regard.

But out of the kindness of their hearts, they gifted us dessert pn the house, so these guys truly helped in that factor and earned a sub.

If you are in the Arsley area, check this place out!

As a real meat loaf aficionado, I was blown away by the bison meat loaf w/tomatoe remoulade, the Brussels were fantastic, the loaded mash potatoes magnifique.

I chose this place for lunch because it’s convenient to get to from my college. We waited over an hour for our food and had to ask our waitress for an update, only to be asked, “Are you on a time restriction?” Our group was large (7 people), but waiting over an hour is unreasonable. If a delay like that was expected, we should have been informed in advance so we could have chosen a different place. In the end, we had to get our food in to-go containers and eat while walking.

Jimmy and melissa are some of the best people I’ve meet in the service industry in a long time. The pork chop is my absolute favorite and the cocktails are unbelievable.

If I could rate Harry’s less than one star, I would absolutely do so. My daughter and I visited Charlotte for a girls’ weekend, and unfortunately we chose Harry’s to celebrate. This was without a doubt the worst dinner experience. Both our steaks come out almost raw, the kitchen manager took them back without saying anything; twenty minutes later, he returned the plates and left without a word. He didn’t even stay to ensure they came out correctly the second time. My daughter’s steak was still mostly raw inside but burnt outside and had to go back again. The kitchen manager came back and asked her to pick something else they could cook quickly. I have no polite words for that response. My steak ran from burnt well-done on one end to rare on the other. The manager never came back to see us. The poor waitress was apologetic, but couldn’t do much else, especially when her manager didn’t bother. We left after paying for my drink and went to get a cheeseburger and fries for dinner. I cannot strongly enough recommend avoiding Harry’s and the lackluster service. I will give a shoutout to our sever for trying with no support from the management.
