Everything was amazing! Gentleman at the counter was very informative and explained the menu/ordering process in a kind and patient manner. All the staff were very helpful and respectful, food was incredible as well. Larger servings with amazing flavor! Definitely will be back!

Extremely rude and unprofessional server. Ruined any chance I will ever try eating here again. Sat down outside and was waiting for someone to come take my order. My wife had food from another restaurant and instead of the server coming to ask what we would like to order, she told us we need to leave because the seats are for paying customers only and walked away without me explaining I wanted to order. There was a small amount of food that my wife picked up from another place but we were three people and all of us were going to order food. Hibachi is my favorite food but I will never be ordering anything from the restaurant after that. Terrible unfriendly service.

We've found the best sushi downtown by far. The takoyaki, hibachi, nigiri, and specialty rolls are all equally amazing! We had both raw and fried sushi. They definitely use high quality fish. All the sushi pieces were perfectly rolled and cut, and the presentation was beautiful. The staff was friendly and attentive - we never had to wait for a refill or for the plates to be cleared. I highly recommend this spot if you're in the area.

Casual Japanese restaurant with excellent food. Don’t let the casual appearance fool you the food taste quite upscale! We ordered the vegetarian tempura, the Hasaki sushi roll, dragon roll, shrimp, tempura roll, & the chicken teriyaki plate. All of which were very delicious. I love the portion sizes and their serving presentation was on point. I would definitely come back. We were here on a business trip. For picky foodies, we were pleasantly impressed.

This place is top notch Charlotte dining. In a city lacking personality and flavor, this restaurant shines. Me and my girlfriend come in and always have a friggin blast. The food is consistently delicious. The service is always chill, friendly and prompt. Christian, behind the bar, is my dude. I think Amanda (oh god now I’m forgetting everyone’s name) was so sweet. I love this place. Go eat there. Now.

I was kind of frustrated when I sat down my waitress explained the menu so i thought i would be ok with what i ordered I wasn't so i wasnt eating so Amanda and Angelyn noticed they wanted me to smile so every time they walked by they said they wanted me to smile which made my day all they wanted me to do was smile and to make sure I was happy
