Hawthorne's New York Pizza and Bar Carmel Road

Just ordered pizza for the first time from Hawthornes. I’m from NY and haven’t been able to find good pizza around here. This pizza was absolutely delicious! I’m so happy I found this place!

One of the best Calzones I have legitimately ever had! It was so delicious, I almost forgot to take a picture.

The ricotta and garlic parmesan really bring it all together!

I recommend you give it a try!

We live Hawthorne's! We were at the Carmel Rd location last night, with a big family group and we were out on the patio, which was nice and warm! The service was great as usual and the food was great as usual as well! We absolutely LOVE Hawthorne's!

We often order from this restaurant the NY style pizza. Not really NY style but it is still very good. Tonight we ordered the Sicilian pizza and calzones. Big mistake. The Sicilian crust is terrible and the dough had no flavor. My canzone was okay but no much ricotta in there, if any, and the dough was raw. Disappointing, very disappointing!!

Perfect the cheese and everything on it was so good, we could not finish it. The service was exceptional she gave great recommendations
She was always asking if we needed anything else. I’m here from Florida I will be back here before I leave . If you want a great service ask for LA (Lee Ann) ?

I'm a regular here. The service here is consistently great. Always greeted with a friendly smile by the hostesses. I also enjoy watching the busy pace, especially Amber, the cashier. She gracefully orchestrates pick up orders with the kitchen with lightning speed and smile.

The food here is wonderful but the service I received from the young lady Amber was outstanding. I can’t believe she is not the manager! We need more customer service people like her!!!!!!

I was there for a special event and sat outside (very hot) but the staff was very accommodating and the pizza was delicious. I will definitely go back for the full experience. How gracious of them to host such a large crowd. Thank you

My family has been coming to eat at Hawthorne for years and Amber gives the best service she's courteous. She's kind sweet she really really makes you feel welcome. She goes above and beyond you can tell she really enjoys her job and she's truly there for the customers not just to make money, I highly recommend Hawthorne to all of my friends and I always tell them to ask for Amber because she's just the absolute best!!
