Hawthorne's New York Pizza and Bar Meridian Place

Very positive atmosphere. They smiled and greeted me. The server was friendly and the food was great. The manager introduced herself and was very helpful with the menu. I will be back. They even got a nice drink menu.

Ordered to go pizza to eat at edge city, the brewery next door. Food was ready in the time quoted & it’s a short walk so it’s a great option to get at the brewery. I got a veggie pizza, I can’t recall the exact one, but it had an olive oil base. I added Kalamata olives, which was wonderful. My boyfriend got one of the meat pizzas with the pan crust & he loved it. Said the crust was nice & crispy while still being thick.

Buffalo chicken dip, Elizabeth pizza & blt Caesar salad were all delectable 😋🤤😛. Aside from the deliciousness, one plate came out with a spot & receiving the check took unusually long.

Ashley (at the bar) is awesome! She greeted me with a warm hello the moment I walked in the door. And throughout my time sitting at the bar, she engaged me in kind conversation and took great care of me.

I’ve had the food here several times before and am always happy with how delicious the food is. Ashley’s kind attentive service made the experience all the better! Thanks Ashley!

Wings are out of this world, pizza is phenomenal. Hands down my go to joint.

Overall the pizza was just okay. I think in general y’all could cook the pizzas a bit longer to crisp them up more. It was a bit underbaked. The lack of a solid bake really makes the pizza less enjoyable. Also, a side note, I’d recommend not putting the ranch cups in the pizza box for delivery. As I learned last night, warm ranch is not at all enjoyable.

Additionally, $40 for a 1 topping pizza delivered is not ideal. I know that’s not you, that’s DoorDash robbing people blind, but you should stop using them and hire drivers.

Hope this helps. Will definitely try again but hoping for a better result! A lot of potential here! I think this one just missed.

What happened to the chicken parm sandwhich... I mean i must of had a different chef because the sandwhich is good but its starting so get slim, all I know is that at one point it was a nice full size sandwhich chicken and sauce from end to end of the bread, now its just bread 🍞 and just sauce and little bit of chicken stuffed in the middle. Feed me more, sorry for my cravings

Came in on a quiet Thanksgiving evening. Greeter was personable and welcoming. Our server, Hope, was very endearing. Our food came out quick and tasted divine. The garlic knots are as good as they look. Good music was played at a reasonable noise level. Price was very reasonable.

We stopped in at Edge City Brewing. We went to Hawthorne's Pizza for dinner to bring to the brewery. With the large pile of Hawthorne pizza boxes at Edge City brewing, it looks like most people think this is a great combination. You love the pizza and the garlic bread knots.
