Great drinks with a beautiful view that is hard to find in Ballantyne. I have been to Hestia with friends many times and everytime there has been no music whatsoever. Not even low playing ambiance music. We always talk about how much better it would be if there was music. I think they are trying to keep it professional and maybe keep away certain crowds, but some house music in there would make it much more of a go to destination.

We purchased them for $100 each for New Year's Eve. Very disappointed with the Management staff, on arrival at 8:45! We were met by an unfriendly person and asked about getting a couple of NY hats. There was no place to sit or stand, it appeared the event was oversold and open to the public. The rooftop was not set up properly to sit out on this cold night, and heaters were not placed around the seating areas. The band that was there was not very good, they didn't seem experienced and the song choices were not great. We did not have a good time, the staff was not friendly, drinks and food were overpriced. The best thing going is the rooftop view.

It was an amazing experience! An upscale restaurant where you could go to celebrate birthdays or special occasions. Food was so good, portion size is not that big. Cocktails and Japanese beer tasted delicious.

The best Asian Fusion food in Charlotte with the most spectacular rooftop bar to view the lights and soak-up the friendly atmosphere. Chef Austin is one to watch!

We had a BLAST here! Tons of small plates and they were ALL delicious! The sushi rolls Tokimeki, Natsu , Hestia roll , Salmon kumo are THE BEST 🔥! They're top 3 of my favorite freshest sushi in town - each roll, nigiri 🍣, and sashimi was AMAZING! Drinks are 🔥 too! My fave is the Smore Martini 🍸🍸. Last but not least, server Kelly is THE BEST 💖!

Amazing services, good and absolutely delicious cocktails 🍹! Our server Meckenzie is THE BEST, and the Manager is 🔝 - they made sure we all left satisfied and happy! And let's not forget the BEST VIEW IN TOWN 🤩. Definitely coming back for more of that goodness 👍

Best sushi in town at a reasonable price! Great paranoia 360 view and amazing cocktails! The staff was super friendly, and the manager went above and beyond - I saw them checking on every table to ensure we had a great experience! LOVED the new menu - they've got TONS of options for food, so there's something for everyone 😋. Everything was TASTY! Highlight of the night was the NEW Salmon Kumo roll - OMG 🔥! And the sea bass is a HUGE plus. Definitely coming back 👍

Was here with a group. 12 orders on one ticket to pad the tip was ridiculous. They would have made better money to take individual orders to get the right instead of messing up a whole table.. (learn to expedite) food arrive inconsistent and cold. My order was all appetizers so small bits.. came out barely warm but decent. Not so much for others.. It was not a good experience.

Corrupt. I had a resv here and got sick unfortunately needing to cancer. Their website gave me an error when I cancelled so I called instead. I was met with extreme hostility from their employees! They called me a liar, told me “good luck” reporting this, and then charged me a cancellation fee I should not of received. I reached out 5 times to no reply to report my issue to the owner as well. I am so disappointed as I loved this place even after the recent tragedy that occurred this summer that I was told management covered up. This is so unprofessional and completely disappointing. At minimum I wanted to speak to the owner to make her aware of her employees treating a customer like this and also get me $75 fee back they shouldn’t have charged me. Do better!

I’ve been here twice before and enjoyed my experiences. Unfortunately, the third time I tried to visit, we had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. When my friend called to cancel, she was told it had to be done online, but due to an error with the booking system, the cancellation didn’t go through and we were charged the security deposit anyway. The handling of the situation has been extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
