Hestia Rooftop

Service was subpar at the rooftop cocktail bar, we watched our drinks sit there for almost 10 minutes and when we got up to just get them ourselves, the waitress finally appeared. Service at the restaurant however, was excellent, our server was attentive and wonderful. There seemed to be A LOT of celebrations/big groups at tables here, maybe this is the place for that, I'm unsure. Food was good, wouldn't say excellent for a 32$ sushi roll, but still good. Worth $32? Not really. The sea bass was excellent, however our dessert was not something we'd ever order again, a not so great brulee. Overall, the experience was nice, loved the booth atmosphere and the rooftop vibe as well.

Service was awesome and the atmosphere here is perfect for a nice date, the sushi was very mid especially for the price. Also 6 dollars for ice if you get liquor in the rocks.

The only negative was the cost rather expensive,40 bucks for a double Bourbon without tip.

The food was amazing! Great atmosphere completely lost track of time enjoying the food and scenery!

Toni was amazing! We had a group of 8 celebrating Mother’s Day this past Saturday and she made our night perfect. The food, drinks and atmosphere were all excellent. Toni even spent time helping us get great group pictures outside and just went above and beyond to ensure our experience was exceptional!

Absolutely the best sushi I’ve had in this state! The atmosphere is beautiful, everything is spotless, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I’ve visited multiple times and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place to anyone who loves quality sushi and great service!

The rooftop view is wonderful in the evening and with the quality of food... Perfect!
You don't have to spend a lot either! The sushi is fabulous no matter which roll you decide on trying.
As an extra special treat try the wagyu roll... Very unique!

Absolutely fantastic experience at Hestia last weekend. We were there celebrating my mom's 75th birthday and both the service and the food was spectacular. Major shout out to Toni (server) and Matt (bartender) who were key to a phenomenal experience and for being patient with my picky family members. They were just overall incredible. Can't wait to return! Highly recommend.

Food was delicious and timely but experience made exceptional due to excellent service from Kelly! Edamame was bomb!

I want to clarify a few things in light of the venue’s public response, especially since these concerns were already shared directly with the general manager in an email prior to their comment here.

The microphone was requested well before the day of the event, as it was a critical part of our awards ceremony. Not having it significantly impacted the flow of the evening.

Guests were also told certain drinks, including Old Fashioneds, could not be made — this was not a one-off issue, but something several people encountered.

No complaints were voiced during the event out of respect for our guests and the atmosphere, not because everything was going smoothly.

Unfortunately, the public response we received did not acknowledge what was clearly communicated privately and felt dismissive overall. While the space itself looks nice and the food was decent, the lack of accountability and professionalism in follow-up was disappointing. I stand by my original review.

We held our annual company event in the ballroom and were extremely disappointed. This was an important night for us — our awards ceremony — and unfortunately, the venue failed to deliver on several key aspects.

Despite confirming in advance that we would need a microphone for awards, none was provided. This was a major issue that disrupted the flow and professionalism of our event. The bar was also a letdown — they couldn’t make basic mixed drinks, including an Old Fashioned, and the overall setup felt rushed and unprepared.

We were only allowed access a few hours before the event to set up, which added unnecessary stress. Menu items were incorrect, and the service throughout the night was chaotic and inattentive. Our event coordinator wasn’t present, and the staff member left in charge clearly had no understanding of how things were supposed to run.

After the event, I emailed our coordinator asking for a manager contact or a feedback survey so we could voice any concerns. She told me she would be the point of contact — but since she was a major part of the problem, I chose not to share anything, knowing it likely wouldn’t go anywhere.

While the space itself looks great and the food was decent, the service and overall experience were deeply disappointing. I wouldn’t return and don’t recommend this venue for any kind of important event.
