Completely racist ! I only got 4 pieces of chicken in my whole box and 5 shrimp when concerned about my food I asked could I have extra or to even pay she stated she gave me extra do I want my money back . Then says your people always do this girl what’s that supposed to mean my people ? Then continues to say she hopes I never return This was my first time ever being there and I won’t ever return she doesn’t have to worry about any business from me .

The food was made fast, I got the chicken & shrimp teriyaki with fried rice. Which I thought was good but they really do skimp on the meat which is unfortunate for a $15 plate. Even in the chicken, most places are giving away chicken. I would say I had 12 pieces of meat and that’s both chicken & shrimp together.

I chose lobster and steaks. Everyone was. Kind and accommodating but I don’t like lemon on my lobster. I expected a tail wit group on it like the old Benihana restaurant. I couldn’t eat or touch it. I turned neat red and faint from one bite and they suspected an allergy. They didn’t charge me anything but my beverage because i couldn’t bring myself to eat it. Met a nice family. Would recommend and they have 2 discount nights for seniors. My table mates were sad because they thought it was discount night. I will go back.

To go order: placed inside, $40. Meal
My chicken + shrimp (dry, overcooked )was bland and greasy.
Daughter salmon terriyaki, she said it made her feel sick after 2 bites..
I opted for lo Mein instead of rice (watery/greasy) good texture no taste.
Vegetable were a little softer than I normally get at hibachi restaurants.
2 egg rolls ordered but didn’t receive in the bag..
but the entire plate has gone in the trash. Food was not good at all,
Overall:
Overpriced, poor product, ok atmosphere inside, poor follow through on orders..

I didn't even know that you could make food taste this bad, it's like they cooked everything plane, nothing made it better , i tried to add sauce at home , nothing worked, it was a waste of $16 and it was hard to chew like it was days old chicken and shrimp. Just nasty

Do not eat here under any circumstances.. biggest waste of time and money. After touching the food my hands smell like old, stale fryer grease theyre recycling to use on the flatop. The portion of steak was a 2 ounce cup, cooked and was inedible. For 14 dollars. It was not fresh, it was absolutely and taste like old brown beef. There was a pound of cabbage and bland rice. The hibachie itself was not flavorful in the one bite I spit out. The restaurant had a general, sticky feeling. I'm not sure how this place is still operating. I was a chef for 13 years and if you know what dirty practices smell and taste like, this is it.

It's take out hibachi, you know what your getting into if you're here. Food was good, Large portions of rice and sides but very little meat (chicken hibachi). Crab Rangoon were all Rangoon, no crab (I did not expect real crab but some amount of imitation crab). Quick service.

So unfortunately, I cannot leave a review less than a one star because if I could, I definitely would being the front cashier is extremely disrespectful and rude after she tried to give me food from the side that was a possible pick up order that was never picked up or a cancelled order instead of straight off the hibachi grill like the rest of my group who all food was smoking hot and mines was not, she was about to refuse to remake it so when I gave her an ultimatum to either remake it or refund me she remade the food and slammed it around on the counter top and snatch the plate and threw the plate back and forth to the cook
.so it’s definitely gonna be a zero stars for me, eat there at your own risk. As a multi business owner I can say the customer service is trash and I would never hire her at any of my establishments.THE END.
