Wings were burnt, salmon was raw.. Called in over this order and was told refunds require regional managers approval and the best they could offer was a credit that was placed on their in store board to be claimed at my next order. Spent $52 on these two meals.

Walked in to pick up my order and the whole wait staff was sitting in corner, and the bartender was just standing looking at me. I waited couple minutes and nobody moved. So I had to walk all the way over to bartender and tell him I had a pickup. He brought it out and put it on counter and walked away and didn't say a word. Possibly the worst customer service I have ever had at a restaurant.

I had a VERY long day. At 10:30 PM I remembered Hickory Tavern's 50% off burger is today/Tuesday. Thankfully, I'm only 2 min away from the restaurant. Only 2 customers remained, and the employees were preparing for tomorrow. The manager and the staff was amazing!
I ordered the hickory burger! Ales was exceptional!!!! My burger 🍔 was delish!!!

The servers are extremely kind and helpful. When it was a mistake on my order, they fixed it right away, and made sure that I had what I needed.

I’d be remiss to begin a review without sharing that Madelyn is an incredible server. We are frequently here because of her welcoming spirit. We appreciate how inclusive it feels for customers of all ages. While we’d love to see corporate put in some effort in the aging atmosphere, the restaurant is consistently clean.

We always had amazing service and all the employees were incredibly nice. Our food always came to us quickly and it was always correct. This restaurant is amazing and I am definitely going to become a regular. Madelyn is always super friendly and on top of things. We love her and her service. She talks to kids as real people and not as babies. We love her so much.
