Hickory Tavern

I ordered take out for my family and checked my bag for accuracy before leaving. I politely asked the hostess if I could get another ranch dressing for the Cobb salad. She was nice enough about it when speaking to me but when she walked off didn’t realize I moved behind her and overheard her complaining to her coworker about getting it for me. I didn’t really care so much about that. The real issue came when I got home and started to eat my salad only to find a lady bug crawling in it! I called back to location to notify them and it sounded like the same hostess answered. I informed her of the bug in my food and she just said ok. She really didn’t care and when I emphasized that I felt maybe management should be notified to address the issue with the kitchen staff, she replied “uh huh.” There was no care, concern or apology at all. Very disappointed because this place was often a good option in the area for my family but I don’t feel good about going there anymore especially since my last service experience a couple of weeks earlier wasn’t great either.
