Just found a plastic chunk in my sushi I bit down into trying to find a customer service number is difficult.

Right On Track

Inconsistent hours of operation, unreliable closing times, and mysterious outage periods where they close early for no reason. This is for the Rockford, MI location at the Meijer store here in town. The Hisso Sushi restaurant is supposed to remain open until 7pm every night (which is, in itself, a rather miserly/unrealistic time to close up shop.) But almost every day of the week, they refuse to stay open, and arrogantly close their store early, sometimes at 6pm, sometimes at 5pm! Even the Meijer corporate Store Director is frustrated and baffled at this poor judgment and astounding lack of consistency from a tenant that is contractually OBLIGATED to be remain open during DINNER hour to serve customers. If Hisso Sushi cannot figure out how to ensure reliable hours of operation 100% of the time, then there are plenty of other restaurants out there happy to take over their tenant-space inside the Meijer store.

It’s tight here. 53’s shouldn’t load out of here. If the grass with all the metal in it was gone, it would be better. The dropped trailers don’t make it any easier. Don’t come between 12-1 pm because they are out to lunch. No staging area and no place to park and wait.

I got food poisining from this prepackaged sushi restaurant inside the ***************** yesterday. (At gate D) Leaving this review to hopefully alert customers not to purchase this food as it is a serious issue that almost had me hospitalized. I was severely ill and got sick on the plane I was on, and 10 times after I arrived home. This place is unsafe and especially concerning since it's located inside the *****************.

I had experience after more than a year and quit the Chef as Franchise because1. Most of the time they sale whole week or whole month plus Shushi Wednesday ?.2. If you have good store they will give you one small store too.3. They’re pushing too much and you will get stressful.4. They required to rolls a lot of different items. plus new roll every months.5. They’re so much change bad RT-1 Containersand made lost costumers.6. Their quality is bad month by month (too much water in Krab stick and Krab Salad etc…).7. They don’t listen/feedback Chefs comments. No communication. This is big problem. If they don’t consider about the company won’t be improved. ??????.

I love Hissho Sushi and I thought Hissho Sushi company is the best company ever than others Sushi company. Before, their containers were very best quality. But right now, they change a lot of different size and it made me tired. Come Hissho???New RT ContainersPros: Good size.Cons: foggy, very soft and thin, dark the cap/cover, very easy to open when grab. no Soy sauce, Ginger and Wasabi holders.

I worked in the warehouse facility and overall my experience was pretty good. Teammates are pretty hard working and some aren't but that how it is. I wouldn't mind coming back to work there because of the hours you get, however pay is medicore/subpar compare to other general warehouse competitors.
