Very pleasant experience. Made an online order for pick up. Super convinient location located off Woodlawn Rd. There are plenty of parking spaces to choose from. Walked in and out in less than 10 minutes. Pulled up my QR code, showed the attendee, and they brought out the ham quickly and efficiently. Super pleasant experience and definitely coming back if needed. Even saw they serve lunch, so I will stop by when in the area for lunch.

I ordered and paid for my ham online. When I arrived 12/23/2024, a very nice lady outside the store greeted me and asked how may I help you. I informed her I was there to pick up my ham, she asked was already paid for, I said yes. I was directed to the paid in advance line. I also purchased the loaded mashed potatoes. The staff inside was also very efficient, friendly and fast. It took me longer getting out of my car than I spent inside Honey Bake for my transaction. I highly recommend considering this location (303 E Woodlawn Rd, Charlotte, NC 28217) for your meal needs.

They sold my ham I ordered. I had to buy a bigger one!!

Just so this business is aware, we love the food (when it’s correct). Today, for lunch, we ordered for 6 people. One order was correct and NONE of them were special orders. Right off the menu with either added (unwanted) ingredients or missing ingredients. If Amy reads this, it’s not negative if it’s accurate. I hope you have sought out help. We will not be ordering for the office again. Take care Amy

Good sandwiches...

Had to stop by next door and grab a battery and ended up finding lunch next door at HoneyBaked ham. We were greeted by two absolutely Pleasant and wonderful employees one of them was the manager. I don't think many people know that this place serves lunch and boy are they missing out

Had the 3 cuban sliders, it looked nothing like the picture. It only had ham and pulled pork without cheese or the spinach as seen on advertised. It tasted ok but would've liked everything thing on it as pictured.

Would have given the food 5 stars but this was my first year having the smoked Turkey and I can promise you we will not be ordering that again. It does not meet the standards of your quality that I have grown to love. I could have ordered sliced Turkey from my local store. Nevertheless, I'll be back Easter weekend for my Honey Baked Ham!
