Had dinner there last night February 22, 2025 6:00pm with my wife and her 84 year old mom , ordered all you can eat for all 3 , received our ordered of seafood , started to eat the crab legs and they were loaded with extremely heavy salt to the point You could not eat them , I ask the waitress to order me another order of crab legs plain no seasoning at all , received them and again loaded extremely with a lot of salt , ask for the manager , manager came over and stated that she has had several other complaints from customers and was aware of the problem, I stated that they are not eatable, she stated they she has contacted her vendor , I ask why are you still serving these to the public she said the vendor knows about it and walked away , this is absolutely not acceptable and very pour managerial skills on talking with customers , our bill was $134.74 for 3 people and you could not even eat the seafood , if this is your response that your only worried about getting the customers money and not the quality of your food it stops with the manager , I paid our bill and told the waitress we would not be back …….. The manager should govern her actions accordingly or learn how to handle customer concerns and extreme poor quality of the food coming out of the kitchen Respectfully submitted Another Customer Lost

Went with friends and family and we had an amazing time. Our server, "Ray Jay" couldn't have been better. He recommended the sauce for the seafood and for my friend who drinks, he handpicked the perfect drink for her.

The seafood (corn and eggs) were cooked to perfection. It's quite a drive from my side of town, but I'll DEFINITELY be back!

The food was good, but Chasity the waitress was very rude not customer friendly at all....

Took friends there and it was freezing. We were told they were putting on the heat. It did eventually get better. We wanted to have drinks, we were told she could not serve because she was 20 and her manager had to serve us. The manager was not there. We asked when ‘he’ was coming and she said she would text him. When she came back, she said he would be there soon, he was on his way. Over an hour later, no manager. We never had our drinks. Very disappointed. Found that Buffalo Wild Wings was nearby, we are here now with happy faces and better food options.

If you want to drink here, do not come. If you ONLY want a seafood boil, do come here. We were told we could not have alcohol because the manager was not here yet to serve. It is currently 12:10pm and the manager is still not here. This manager just lost a lot of money and we will gladly spend at a bar nearby. The server kept telling us the manager was ‘on the way’ and is not here and it has been over an hour.

I have been to this restaurant multiple times in a months span. The server Alexandria repeatedly got the order wrong and her attitude was terrible. I gave her a $2 tip she handed it back to me. I felt very disrespected. I will not be returning. I gets tips from my job and when a customer tips small or not at all I don't trip. She needs to be fired her ungrateful ass. Nowhere does it say I have to tip. If she would have had better service she would get bigger tips

Went here with the family for my sons birthday. It's was all you can eat and for the price it was OK. The seasoning on the boils seems a bit watered down but overall the food was alright. Would I return back? Maybe.

We ordered 1lb head off shrimp - 2 orders. We went to the restaurant at 9:10pm The guy told, we take only to go orders at this time. We got out to go food at 9:25 ; I asked if we can sit till 10:00pm as restaurant is open till then. He agreed, when we were eating, at the end, the guy got water. He heard me saying, let us write review else he’d never get us water. We like hook & reel, were u happy to say that their hospitality was not good. It is about the experience we get in restaurant dine-in. We did dine-in on 12/092024 9:20pm EST

We tried this place last night doing the all u can eat option. All of the staff was friendly, our server was very attentive and the food was great!

Although food was good the management is very lacking. Last night’s experience was very disappointing. The manager had the opportunity to make something right but didn’t and lost a valuable patron. I will no longer be taking friends there. .

I don’t like being lied to, that catfish basket was not catfish.. lol that was swai. As a southern man I am baffled at how these non American owned establishments try to cater to southern cuisine and culture and do not deliver truthfulness with their products. I most definitely will never come back here. Appetizers and soup were good though.
