MY HUSBAND AND I USUALLY ENJOY OUR MEAL ALTHOUGH THEY CAN BE A BIT HEAVY ON THE SEASONING. I HAVE NEVER HAD A COMPLAINT ABOUT STAFF UNTIL LAST NIGHT WHEN OUR SERVER FOLLOWED US OUT THE RESTAURANT TO RETURN MY TIP. SHE SAID "HERE Y'ALL CAN HAVE THIS, I DON'T WANT IT! THAT'S SORRY" I ALMOST DIDN'T RESPOND BUT INSTEAD TOLD HER THAT I STAYED THIRSTY. I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO ASK HER FOR WATER REFILLS. MY WATER WAS ORIGINALLY SERVED IN A TO GO CUP, SO I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND WHY SHE BROUGHT US WATER IN CUPS TO POUR INTO THE TO GO CUP. AT ONE POINT I WANTED SOMETHING BUT SHE WASN'T AVAILABLE BECAUSE SHE WAS SITTING DOWN. SHE FORGOT AN ITEM WHICH WASTED SOME OF MY AYCE TIME. I FEEL AS IF THE TIP I LEFT REFLECTED HER SERVICE. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNNECESSARY TO FOLLOW ME OUT THE RESTAURANT FOR CONFRONTATION. SHE WAS LOUD AND DISRESPECTFUL, NOT WANTING TO TALK WANTING TO ARGUE, SO I CONTINUED TO WALK AWAY! 😡

We came from out of town and our family brought us here for dinner. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the kindness of the staff and delicious food they served us! We’ll definitely be back for more!

Usually love this place but ordered a to go order and when I opened the bag there was a strand of dark hair at the top. Then to make it worse two of my crab legs has this weird black textured spots on it and when I searched it up it was a parasite. Cooking it properly kills them but seeing that while eating made me grossed out. Spent way to much to not even be able to enjoy my meal

We were really disappointed by our experience tonight. We came in as a party of four adults and a baby with a high chair and politely asked for a slightly larger table to accommodate us comfortably. Unfortunately, the host responded with noticeable attitude, which immediately set a negative tone.

We weren’t greeted warmly and were abruptly told that the all-you-can-eat option had to apply to the entire table—something we were already reading about on the posted sign. The interaction made us feel so unwelcome that we decided to leave before even getting water.

First impressions matter, and it’s a shame because the place was nearly empty during dinner hours. The lack of hospitality may be a reason why.

Don’t go here ! The people is disrespectful, tried to chase after us out the door about a tip !

My server was great, but being charged an 18% gratuity for a family of 5 is ridiculous. Then, to add even more insult, the receipt recommended an additional tip calculated AFTER the automatic gratuity. (A tip on the meal plus gratuity. I will never pay a tip on a tip im already being forced to pay. Let the customer decide if the service was acceptable or fantastic and tip accordingly. Maybe you should just pay your servers better and change the prices if you're going to force that kind of payment added to the purchase.

Really yummy food and very nice atmosphere. We had a great experience!

Our waitress walked by plenty of times while we waited on straws , was NOT offered any refills, ordered the seafood spaghetti that was recommended by the waitress, took a taste of it and was not happy , told the waitress and was told “Oh I like it I guess people have different taste buds” and continue to walk away , after about 10 minutes we waved him down and told him we wanted to order something else because we didn’t like the taste, he took the dish and when the bill came it was on the bill still he stated we tasted the food so we had to pay for it 😡
Excuse me sir we had to taste it RIGHT??

This place is fantastic! Seafood was really really good. Staff was very attentive. Highly recommend!

Everyone at the table must order all you can eat if one person does. I understand that concept however if an eight-year-old child has a seafood allergy and is only eating french fries, then there should be an exception.

Had dinner there last night February 22, 2025 6:00pm with my wife and her 84 year old mom , ordered all you can eat for all 3 , received our ordered of seafood , started to eat the crab legs and they were loaded with extremely heavy salt to the point You could not eat them , I ask the waitress to order me another order of crab legs plain no seasoning at all , received them and again loaded extremely with a lot of salt , ask for the manager , manager came over and stated that she has had several other complaints from customers and was aware of the problem, I stated that they are not eatable, she stated they she has contacted her vendor , I ask why are you still serving these to the public she said the vendor knows about it and walked away , this is absolutely not acceptable and very pour managerial skills on talking with customers , our bill was $134.74 for 3 people and you could not even eat the seafood , if this is your response that your only worried about getting the customers money and not the quality of your food it stops with the manager , I paid our bill and told the waitress we would not be back …….. The manager should govern her actions accordingly or learn how to handle customer concerns and extreme poor quality of the food coming out of the kitchen Respectfully submitted Another Customer Lost

Went with friends and family and we had an amazing time. Our server, "Ray Jay" couldn't have been better. He recommended the sauce for the seafood and for my friend who drinks, he handpicked the perfect drink for her.

The seafood (corn and eggs) were cooked to perfection. It's quite a drive from my side of town, but I'll DEFINITELY be back!

The food was good, but Chasity the waitress was very rude not customer friendly at all....

Took friends there and it was freezing. We were told they were putting on the heat. It did eventually get better. We wanted to have drinks, we were told she could not serve because she was 20 and her manager had to serve us. The manager was not there. We asked when ‘he’ was coming and she said she would text him. When she came back, she said he would be there soon, he was on his way. Over an hour later, no manager. We never had our drinks. Very disappointed. Found that Buffalo Wild Wings was nearby, we are here now with happy faces and better food options.
