I have read about what is going on with Hooters as of late, and I tried to stop by here and support the only one left in Charlotte. The waitress took me to my seat, gave me a drink, and then clocked out and went home. I thought she had switched me to someone else, so I waited, and 45 minutes later no one asked me anything and no one ever stopped by. I’m asking myself…….are they even trying to avoid shutting down? Why in the world did she do that?

Been a loyal customer since the original was opened in Clearwater in the Lynn Austin days. I know what it’s supposed to be like. Monday lunch. One Hooters girl and a bartender? Really? Flag pole had no American Flag and we have not had inclement weather recently. Why not? The MOD had no clue. Food was solid. Server was great. Major issue: This Hooters is DIRTY. This is my third visit and nothing has changed. The men’s room is worse than a truck stop. Manager on duty was told and acted surprised. Does he not use the facility during his shift? Atlanta needs to do a no notice visit on this location. I miss the location in Uptown Charlotte location. I don’t think I’m coming back here.

Terrible service, they didn't serve us, it took us 30 minutes to wait and the waitresses ignored us, they only cared about serving the men and since I was with my husband they thought that since I was with him, they wouldn't be able to earn good tips and that's not correct, I won't go there again. this place and I don't recommend it and it's also dirty 🧐😡

I often feel like Hooters is under the radar of most patrons. This restaurant for me at least is one of the best places to get consistent and great quality food. I visited this restaurant on 01/17/2025 after placing an order in the app as I usually do when I am in the area. I entered the restaurant and was immediately greeted. I did inform them that I just placed the order from the app so I expected a wait. My wait was as expected, my order was accurately verified and my experience was amazing. Kudos to Hooters for going above and beyond to ensure my take out order was accurate, on time and delicious even after arriving at work. Outstanding! I look forward to my continued visits to this restaurant.

Drinks were cold, Food and waitress were both hot - what else can you say ! Waitress, Janice, was also very friendly and kept my drink full.
The food was SURPRISINGLY good! I recommend trying the breaded wings with lemon pepper seasoning. A second new fave option is to get the breaded wings with mild or spicy garlic sauce on the side. My all time favorite appetizer is the fried pickles. They freshly bread and season them to order. Chef kiss!!!
The Hooter girls are beautiful. So friendly and eager to accommodate their guest.
The atmosphere reminds me of a blend of a gentlemens lounge and sports bar. It was more modern and sleek than I anticipated.
All in all, I will definitely return for takeout and looking forward to dining in soon!

Elle is the absolute best!! She is the sweetest, most social and caring waitress. We enjoyed chatting with her when she came over to our table to check on us and bring items. She is an absolute joy to be around, very bubbly and even though she had stayed a few hours over her shift, and she was tired she never lost her bubbliness or smile. Ask for this beautiful young lady when you visit this Hooters location and she will take good care of you ❤️.
