This is one the best Hooters locations I have been to. And that is a lot of them. The food is always good here. The servers and bartenders are always attentive, friendly and gorgeous. Even the managers are always nice. They really got a good thing going here. I wish all Hooters locations were this good. is doesn't matter when you go, You could go on a Friday night. And it will be fun. You could go on a Sunday morning, and it will be fun. They do go through servers a lot thy always replace ones that leave with girls who are just as fun, friendly and beautiful!

Very welcoming and overall great experience at this location. Our waitress was training a new staff member and helped us get refills and our meal out at a reasonable time and made sure we were happy.

Old Hooters, but not many options in Charlotte. Wait staff was courteous and prompt. Wings were not the best this visit. Location is still much better than the uptown location!

As a dasher... I see a lot of how restaurant employees their attitudes and how much they try at their jobs!!When I've also been a Hooters girl I know what's expected of you in any part of the restaurant while you're working!! Some of these girls are truly doing their best although there's a few that stay in their own world..... may reflect in their tips also!!

Wanting to watch the playoff game and enjoy a meal turned out very disappointing. The bartender was friendly and attentive, but I never received my food order after over an hour. She informed me that a cook had walked out and my food would be out shortly. 18 minutes later, my food had not arrived. My schedule did not allow me to stay any longer. The manager was present at the bar 2 times to assist the bartender with an override it appeared and to ask her a question and leave. I scanned the kitchen area to see if he would be assisting them in preparing orders but did not see him in the kitchen or anywhere in the restaurant while I was waiting on my food. It is very unusual based on what I've seen at other Hooters, especially in Oklahoma City South, where I have seen manager's serving, bussing tables, and cooking.
