My favorite bar/brewery in SouthEnd. They have a great selection of all types of beer including pastry sours, my favorite. The staff is friendly, it's dog friendly and there are great skyline views from the top deck.

We travel quite a bit, and everywhere we go we try and find the best breweries in every city. HopFly is truly one of the best we’ve found in Charlotte. The location is great, the footprint is chill, clean, and comfortable. A unique twist on the ambiance of a brewery here. Hard to explain, but you’ll understand once you’re here.
The beer is top notch. Especially if ipa’s or sours are your sweet spot. If we return to Charlotte (and we hope to), we’ll be back!

Very nice menu and very nice staff but the ac doesn’t work in the back or near the entrance so it was very hot but they have free water cups which is nice

Hopfly Brewing is a decent spot to try out some local beers. It's not too far from the Uptown area, and the space is pretty large (indoor and outdoor seating). They have lots of food trucks, and the tap list is pretty extensive too (along with having other drinks like cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages for others). Overall a good brewery!
