Ordered chicken wings. Thought it will be smaller size wings, but they were huge and heavy. Well breaded but lacked the spice inside the chicken. It will take atleast 2-3 people to finish the order. Definitely worth the price for the food quantity provided. Could do better on seasoning and marinating the chicken.
Spices are addictive, reminds me of Sichuan mala. Chicken is well-fried. Extremely crisp, not too out skin, and tender meat. Wish it’s a little less sweet, but it may be because I haven’t had Nashville style chicken before. They can totally open sit-down locations with this quality.
Prol the best fried chicken I’ve ever had. I’m from Atlanta, so I’ve tried a lot of fried chicken. The different types of flavored butter for the hush puppies were on point. The breading on the chicken was thick, spicy and somewhat sweet. Very juicy. Def a staple restaurant to try in Charlotte
