Worst customer service I’ve ever had at a restaurant spent over $30 for sub par food got yelled at by the manager for asking for extra utensils so my family properly could eat said Sub par food . Formal complaint will filed with City of Charlotte and other Business representatives will never go back or recommend this place to anyone .

The food is good but their customer service is horrible. I went in today and I'm not sure who the female was in there but she was really rude. The owner was there and said nothing so this may have been his wife but if your customer service is horrible you loose me as a customer. Wing Stop is coming right next door so they better be careful.
