Tameka and the staff were great and gave excellent customer service. Tameka was very informative about the selections and gave me the best advice on what to get. She displayed great customer service and was honestly a friendly person and professional . I haven’t been to Hungry Howies since I was a kid and the employees and management were always good to me and my family for the many years they were in Columbia,SC.

Walked in at 5:45, had to wait 15 min for no one to walk up except for the poor man that was called in to work and walked in 5 min before finally servicing us. Every employee in the back was arguing about an order they had wrong. Started calling each other “slow” which isn’t really appropriate whole you had 5 other people in the front. Sat there while I saw my order in the take out oven. One employee even continued to walk out. Such a mess!

My mom ordered pizza and cinnamon sticks last night. The icing was missing from our order. We called and the person we spoke to sent out a new driver with a new order of cinnamon sticks and two icings. No hassle. Great service.
