Know this…S. Tryon St, now uses Door Dash to deliver orders. Not an issue, unless HH does not relay accurate address intel, the first time they relay an order for you to DD. So last week on the 3rd order from HH ending up at a location 5 miles from my house I called HH to simply ask that they reach out to DD and find out why their drivers are not getting my address information. I spoke to an associate and a manager. Both grossly mishandled the situation, and when asked for only the name of an owner or DM, was told “I can’t give out that information”, when asked for the name of the franchisee’s company was told “I don’t know it, and couldn’t give out that information”. On my way up to the store I got a follow up text from DD that my pizza had been delivered in included the store name, address and the name of the Franchisee’s company. So DD can convey that intel but a HH’s shift manager cannot???? Anyhow, with that intel I didn’t need to go up to the store. I did some research and made a couple of calls, with in 10 minutes of that text I had an email address for the owner. I sent a very long/detailed email that night regarding the exchange but have not heard back. I feel like I won’t. But I will say if you order from HH south tryon street, YOU will have to call DD yourself and ensure they have the right address as once it leaves the store it’s out of HH’s hands (per the shift manager), otherwise your order could end up on the moon. It’s a shame too because my son loves HH’s, but I can’t place orders not knowing if they’ll ever get to me, if I don’t call a third party vendor, that I didn’t order they to change the address.

It was okay. I originally ordered delivery, the pizza was disgusting, and half cooked, so I called the store to complain, they offered to remake it but I had to go and pick it up instead of being receiver's, that was upsetting but the second pizza was better.

I’m an avid pizza eater and has never been disappointed whenever I order from Hungry Howie’s Pizza. This was my first time ordering from this location and I must say they didn’t disappoint. My pizza was hot and my service was good. My pizza was still hot after a 20 minute drive back home.

I came in to the store in the morning to pick up my online order and everything was great on the food but a older lady who was working there i am not sure if she was a manager or not but she was talking to another employee about other employees personal business I feel as if that is very unprofessional. It seemed as if the worker was stressed out with all the information given, she was also not helping at all just talking and telling the employee what to do instead of helping with the tasks at hand. When a customer walks in we definitely don’t need to hear any of that.

Service was horrible, playing trap music very loud. Came at 11:30p online it states 12p closing. The young lady Caucasian with red hair had an attitude . Slamming things which I was assuming because she wanted to leave a bit earlier versus a last minute order. Poor attitude and service. The food was not as good but could have dealt with if service was ok.
