I don’t know about the food but the hiring process is terrible I sat in the store for over and her interviewing with a district manager named Mike spewing all his personal business about his family and how he’s not interested in the company anymore and he wants to leave, had to listen to him down play the manager at another location in Matthews the kid was extremely unprofessional and it felt like a therapy session more then a interview, after wasting my time and telling me how much of a good fit I was he never even called back. I asked him how many drivers do you have on the shift he replied with we have none right now ! Now I know why the kid is a nut job.

I order at this location on the regular I never had a problem I order 2 subs I didn't check to see if it was made correctly I never had an issue with my order I came home to get ready to eat subs did not have lettuce or tomatoes no sauce it was very dry I'm very disappointed I may not be returning for a while I did order online for pick up this Thursday may 27th at 5:34 pm I really don't appreciate spending money and having food half made

Very disappointed!! I was served a old salad on a delivery order!! Called the store to complain and I was told I was only able to get another salad. Wow!! Had to speak with a manager to get wings instead just to arrive n be told I have to buy the ranch to go with it!! Gets worse!! I got my wings that I ordered that was supposed to be barbecue! It was old buffalo wings with barbecue sauce on top.. My mouth was on fire!!! Worst ever!!

The customer service I received from Mike was top notch! I accidentally placed a large order for the wrong state, but same city name. I called and spoke with Mike. He was so understanding and helpful with the situation. He said he would refund my money AND give the food I had ordered to the homeless in the area. I should have told him to keep the money! He called me the next day to ensure that my refund was taken care of. To the franchise owner: You have made a great choice to have Mike as the face of not only Hungry Howies, but your franchise! Well done! If I ever come to Charlotte, NC, I will be sure to come support your business!

Pizza itself was good. Crust didn't seem like anything special compared to what they advertise being known for.
A young man named Lonnie handled my order and he could not have been more pleasant. So friendly and helpful!!! My order was wrong (my own fault) and when I called back to get it right, I spoke to Lonnie again and just like the first time, he could not have been more helpful and kind! Not only was the customer service great, the pizza was as well! 10/10, would recommend.

Had me on hold 7 minutes before I even ordered...after I goes to pick up my pizza they say they don't have my order didnt say sorry or nothing I think that was very rude so I will take my time & my money else where!!!

Came in here to pick up a Door Dash order and the employee looked HIGH as a kite (to the point where I had to tell him to open his eyes), speaking in the lowest tone I've ever heard from a man, and didn't even have the decency to greet me at NO POINT AT ALL! He was having some IRRELEVANT conversation with somebody that didn't appear to be buying pizza . Then he has the auDACITY (after me asking him several times to speak up) to tell me that they sent my order with another driver. I refrained from tossing whatever I could see before I left and contacted customer support for compensation, but needless to say, I have NEVER and WILL NEVER order from a Hungry Howie's -- let alone this sick location! I kindly told him that they needed to get that together! That's that on that!

Michael, the manager always takes care of me. When I first started ordering from here, Michael was VERY, VERY PATIENT with me and cared about what I want and what I could afford, to get me the Best Deal for my money! The people at this location is very sweet, patient,and Professional!! Love them. The pizza is cheesy and not too greasy. Love the choices of bread for the pizza.
