Every time I call in advance they never have answered their phone. Multiple times. You always have to wait even when it is low volume of customers. Needs a reboot when it comes to customer service in all ways.

This is hands down the worst ihop in charlotte😭We put in a online order an hour ago and it wasn’t ready by the time we got there, like the woman at the front desk said it hadn’t even gotten to the kitchen yet. I can understand if it was busy, but it wasn’t, there was barely anyone in there. On top of that the resturant is dark and dirty. Please ya’ll don’t even waste your time.

There were no people at the entrance, it took more than an average for them to bring the food, my 3-year-old girl was crying for her food and in the process I ordered a chicken samwid and they almost brought me just the bread and cheese, terrible service, a floor that from afar shows how dirty it is but not all of them are like that.

Wasn't that hungry until my server walked in and I got the munchies all of a sudden. On site armed security not too worried about coming weed on property. Signs of a good part of town.

This is a horrible experience. Grits was very hard & chicken tenders could break your teeth if you bite into it. I ordered steak with no mushrooms & i guess the server totally wasn’t paying any attention. The manager came to talk to us & was wearing these slippers which is surely not slip resistant

We just came from a flight, and wanted to order food for to go We came at 9:20 pm, and they are working until 10 pm No one meet us, and then a girl said “ wr are closed “ I said “ why, you are working until 10” and that girl started to say “ we are close” and that’s it No reply for what’s the reason that you are closing at 9:20

Worst experience ever dirty forks burnt fish and old hash brown took 1 hour or more just to get our food
Was extremely disappointed with the service. After waiting 20 minutes just to have my drink order taken, I thought things would improve, but it took another 40 minutes for the food to arrive. To make matters worse, I noticed a roach crawling under our table, which completely turned my stomach. It’s unacceptable to have such poor service and unsanitary conditions. I won’t be returning.

It was a terrible experience! We just left there 3 minutes ago. Ordered my omelette with no onions, it still came with onions, guy didn’t even say sorry or what else can I do for you, nothing! On top of that they were yelling and had a big argument about seating etc, the lady in the back was so rude and unprofessional we are definitely never going back to this location. Didn’t even ask me if I needed more hot water for my tea, nothing! But!!! They expect you to pay full price and still mentioning “tip” yea I still tipped, but never again.!!! A fair exchange is me paying you for what I ordered and I didn’t get that. But you guys got paid.
