Our waitress Elena V was amazing. She was yelled at & disrespected by unsatisfied customers for no reason, while also insisting on giving us the best service. She forgot straws, when we told her she immediately got them. I received lemon with my sweet tea, after I told her I wanted it without lemon she was on it & got me another. She was very sweet. Everytime she came to the table she said “excuse me” so she didn’t interrupt our conversations. Actively checked on us throughout. The manager was amazing as well handling the situation. (I didn’t catch his name but he was working today around 2pm). If I have the ability to request her again, I will. Everytime i visit this location I have great service.

I love going to ihop with my grandkids every Sunday afternoon after church and I always get the same lovely server boy, he is such a doll 😊 his name is Euldy I believe. 10/10 experience whenever he works.
