The cashier girl very rude and don’t want to serve customers. I ordered breakfast with oranges juice to go but she is not giving our full order.

Y'all are so unprofessional. Y'all in there arguing in front of customers. I waited 5 minutes to be seated just to have someone come and tell me to wait 5 more minutes, then have someone come tell me wait 10 minutes. I'm just over it. I do not like unprofessionalism.

We placed a pick up order at 11 am, it said it would be ready at 11:15. At 11:45 we were given a bag with a partial order, and what we did get was gross looking to say the least. They kept saying they were waiting on the cinnistack pancakes which look like dog food thrown on pancakes. I didn't even get my pancakes or sausage after all that time and the sides I did get were cold from sitting there for 30 minutes. We were told a manager would come over multiple times and they never did. Calling was futile and the support number provides no assistance before hanging up. Very very disappointed with the experience and what we received and just want a refund, but we can't even get in contact with them again

Waited over 30 minutes past my estimated pick up time and this is what they gave me. The manager couldn't even be bothered to come talk to me and the workers avoided me. They were also telling every person that came in 20 minutes wait and in the 40 minutes I was there 2 people were sat. Have never once had a good experience here and will no longer go to any IHOP. What a joke of an establishment.

Waited for 20+ minutes to be seated. But prior to even getting our names on the list had to wait for 10 minutes while 10+ employees stood 10 ft away and ignored people at the front. Waitress kept saying she'd bring things and not return. People who were sat and ordered after us were brought their food prior. Ordered the eggs Benedict and it was messily thrown together and was more like hard boiled eggs instead of poached. When we went to pay and leave someone who was at the register checking someone out walked away while we were there waiting. Overall a very frustrating experience. The restaurant was moderately busy when we arrived but shortly after we sat down the majority of customers had left or were on their way out. Poor service and the wait for food alone was 45+ minutes while waiting for it to come out. Kept insisting or food would be out in just a minute.

Ordered curbside, nobody came out to deliver, called several times and eventually came inside. The hostess said the phone doesn't work... When I got home I saw the order was made wrong. They gave me regular pancakes but I ordered the flavored ones. Not a good experience

I would say it is one of the better IHOP locations in Charlotte area.

Please don’t go there. Is dirty, even your dinner wares are sticky. It looks bad. I don’t know how they’re even open. The city shook go there and close it.

Zero dining room staff. If you want to chase away business, this is how you run it. Many guest had to leave waiting to be seated.

So the food was ok. But I noticed all my food was warm except my harsh browns they were cold and cut like a perfect square. So lead me to believe they pre cooked a bunch of harsh browns and just scooping it from a pan. The host, the server, every employee that was in earshot was complaining about the job and tips and other employees. Last I went to quickly use the restroom and it smelt like mold and like it hadn't been serviced in weeks.
