The bacon in my scramble was barely cooked. My wife's omelet was just warm. We left and went shopping and my wife noticed that they had not given her debit card back. We to leave the store we were in and go back to the IHOP. They still had her card laying on the charge machine and had actually charged someone's else's food to her card. They had discovered the mistake and had removed that other charge. I will never go back to that IHOP.

Horrible place. I never had a bad experience at an Ihop before until now. I had to send my frenchtoast back couldnt even cut it with a knife. Music was so loud we couldnt talk. Other issues that would cause problems with me even mentioning. Wont ever go back.

*NOTE that this review is a reflection of this locations management and not of the employees themselves, as it was apparent they were overwhelmed and under-supported.* Service: Arrived about 10:15am on Sunday and waited for about 40min to be seated. We waited 35min at the table with absolutely no one checking on us, not even to introduce themselves as our waiter/waitress or take our drink order. A waitress stopped by a table of 10 that had been seated after us, which told us that we had been forgotten or would have to wait even longer for food. Unfortunately, we had something planned afterward that we would have been late to, so we had to leave. Food: Unknown; we were never served. I selected 5 stars based off the food that other tables received and to avoid diminishing the review more than deserved. Parking: There was plenty of parking and the entrance was easy to find.

They were short staffed. There was only one cook working and the emphasis was being placed on online orders. Those who were dining in had excessive wait times. I was with a party of five and we all ordered at the same time. I received my food 15 minutes before everyone else received theirs. I have to give credit to our server because she was doing the best she could. I can’t give a better score for service because the wait time was too long. All of the issues were beyond her control. Management needs to do better.
This is the worst IHop i have ever been to. It was dirty and the service was sub par. I wish I had took a photo to help explain my experience. I order a vegi omelet what I got was an egg brick with all the vegetables on top of it. The egg was a solid brick you could slice it like a brick of cheese. The hash browns were salty. I returned my meal and told the waitress I don't know what this is but it's not an omelet. She offered to replace the meal with something else but at this point I was so unhappy and uncomfortable with the thought of them not knowing how to make an omelet. I just said I don't want anything else

They are short staffed, so nothing happens fast if you go on a weekend for breakfast or brunch. The $7 value breakfast is the best thing IHOP has going.

Last Sunday was horrible. Ordered to-go. The food wasn't ready at the scheduled time. Waited 30 mins over and finally gave up - got a refund. Many orders over an hour late. Waitresses orders of eggs or pancakes were getting sent back to the kitchen. Needles to say the cooks couldn't do their job. Full staff and manager working. One group that came in before me waited over 15 mins to be seated at a table that didn't need cleaning etc, just waiting for staff to get around to them. Idk maybe I'll try again in the coming months?
