The store was super clean & so were the tables. (I specifically mention the tables because sometimes places the serve breakfast & syrup have sticky tables that leave me grossed out, and these weren't sticky at all! Haha!) Our server was nice & personable, I wish I'd remember his name. Our food was delicious, ihop has to have the best & fluffiest pancakes! So good!

Waitress only came to see us for our drinks and order. Didn’t refill our waters until she bumped into my chair, and only then did she have the courtesy to ask about us. The food was actually very good. Music they played was odd, trying to make a mediocre restaurant to a fancy one

Great service and great food! Highly recommend! We've been in a few times in the last month and had a great experience each time. My only complaint is the jazz music. Please, please, please do some easy listening music or just mix it up a bit. A little bit of jazz goes a long way 😊. Keep up the great work!

The manager was great at running everything smoothly & helped everyone out. However, the young staff CAN NOT STAY OFF OF THEIR PHONES‼️ They were trying to avoid helping the one server clean a table by hiding out in the back. That was messed up because she was working hard. Can we get back to keeping the phones locked up in the lockers/office during work hours. If it’s that important, you can be contacted ON THE WORK PHONE. It’s unsanitary to constantly touch your phones, then handle customers FOOD!! Next time I’m asking the Manager to serve me‼️

First of all this place is a hidden gem! I have never gone to a IHop and didn't have to sit in the front waiting area. We walked right in and we're seated. My only complaint and I mean only is the fact that even though it was super slow we still received our food late. Besides that the food was great, we decided to stop it for a quick bite before heading to go enjoy some kiddie fun and everyone was satisfied 😌

Very poor service and food. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
I only gave this IHOP one star, but it deserves O stars due to the lack of service received once I entered. No one was at the desk when you walked in, but I patiently waited, but no one came. They weren't busy, so there are no excuses. I saw two servers that didn't even acknowledge me. Instead, one was in the corner on the phone, and the other just went to their one customer. So, I left. I wouldn't recommend this Ihop at all!

We got seated pretty quickly but had to wait a bit to order. We didn't get our drink order in before they came around by then we were ready to order. That was really the only knock. The server also didn't acknowledge my daughter when she thanked her. Other than that the food was fine.

Websight inaccurate says no wait and you get to the resteraunt and it's a line out the door. Fix your wait list on the websight.Manager was great and it was busy but the food came out timely and was great.
