We sat at a table for almost 15 minutes without being aknowledged, not even a out of the way table, we were pretty much center stage being passed at least a dozen times by 3 different servers. Eventually 1 of us got up and approached a server to get service. When our waitress came over she was apologetic and said she was new and didn't even see us there (however she passed us at least a 1/2 dozen times). After getting service the food was good and staff was attentive.

I recently. Had the displeasure of eating here a day ago with my husband and was served by an obviosly new waitress. We waited several minutes for her to even say hello and didn't get our drinks until after anorher server dropped off our food. Food was just okay, it wasn't worth waiting nearly 30 minutes for. I could have made both our meals myself in half the time it took to come out, I imagine it must have been done for a while before it got to us because my eggs were VERY hard and were crayon yellow. Again it was not even our waitress who brought the food out, we never saw her again after she asked for our drinks. We wouldn't know if she's a lovely young lady or had a good personality, because she simply never helped us and walked by over and over. That in itself very rude and unacceptable. Management should be embarrassed to deem her trained enough to be on her own. We would understand if she had someone with her to explain if she's new. If this is the quality of the waiters employed here we wil just eat somewhere else.

Went with my mom for a bite and noticed some tables were getting frustrated due to slow service. I went up to one of the other waitresses and was informed there was one who was just there for 2 weeks. Understandable, we've all been new at one point right. We'll then the whole dining room got to hear someone scream profanities from the kitchen. No more than a few min later that same training waitresses comes out obviously upset and I could tell she had been crying. I've been in customer service for over 20yrs. I've learned you support each other to make your team better. You DO NOT make them feel less than. That was unacceptable forwhom ever it was to scream in the kitchen. Maybe have a semi new employee wear a pin or ribbon so customers understand reason for delayed service

The service was quick and friendly. I ordered another Philly cheese steak, with melted cheese and bacon. It was so delicious ๐, and I always get the honey mustard on the side. With fries of course. Everything was hot and fresh. You guys have to try it. Great service ๐๐ฝ.. And the price was reasonable and the atmosphere was calming ๐๐พ. Good job..
