Awful Only one waitress for whole place. Lousy food. Eggs in eatable. Prices are up at all restaurants. Pancakes were awful.. falling apart

Just dont go. I dont even try anymore. I have tried to eat here several times over the last few years. Always has a long wait to be seated. Always takes about an hour to get your food. This IHOP is half the size of a normal location, but takes twice the time of a full size IHOP. This is chain restaurant cranking out the same plates all day, not a fine dining restaurant with custom unique dishes. I just don't get why only this location is so bad. Save your time and go somewhere else.

A one-star review is being extremely generous and our server, Nia, is the SINGLE reason I can justify a one star. This dining experience was perhaps the worst dining out experience I've had. Ever. Today we were celebrating our older son's high school graduation that ended around 10am. He was hungry and wanted a celebratory breakfast. Considering the time, we expected limited to no crowds. We were correct. When we arrived, there were maybe 2-3 tables of guests eating and two parties ahead of us. We were told there would be a 25 minutes. 25 minutes turned into more than 40. Nia, our server, was polite and apologetic. Little did we know after being seated that it would take nearly an hour more to get four orders of breakfast. At several points, I wanted to just get up and leave but we kept waiting. Finally our food arrived and again, another disappointment. Not the fluffy IHOP pancakes that we are used to getting. Instead our pancakes appeared to be more like crepes. No disrespect to crepes but we wanted airy, fluffy pancakes. All of us had items that required syrup. We were initially given four and requested more. We were given two more. Please note that our party consisted of three towering "men"; six total cold syrup packets was a joke. My omelet looked like it might have been short an egg or two and was over done. Truly a disappointing experience. As we walked out, I wanted to warn the other patrons to not waste their time. Please avoid this location and avoid the disappointment that we experienced. No need for pictures.

If you want to sit down and have a nice glass of water for an hour, couldnt recommend a better place in Charlotte! Consistent slowest service in town, but if you are fine with waiting an hour for your food, come on by! I had to fill up my water in the bathroom sink due to the lack of attentiveness by the waitress. We had a table of 4, two of us drove back to our homes, had breakfast, came back, and our food had still not arrived.

It's kind of hidden, but cute. I placed my order by phone, and the rep forgot an item I ordered. I had to drive back to restaurant to pickup my waffle. I wasn't happy about that. In addition, the portions seem smaller on my pick up order than with Doordash.

We were looking for a cozy brunch place in the area and stomped upon the local IHOP. Had delicious food, fast efficient service, cozy atmosphere, and great experience overall. Would definitely recommend and plan to come back.

Ok, so where do I begin. I know that this place has gotten a bad wrap lately. However, we are still in the midst of a pandemic, just in a different phase of it. We are experiencing a work shortage and this place, like many others are severely under staffed at the moment. The people that work here are most likely over worked. Now, I'm not saying that's any excuse for poor service and so forth, but it must be stressful. I lucked out today going around 1:30pm, so it wasn't crowded like a Sunday morning would be. I think even the owner was serving food. The waitress that helped me wasn't wearing a uniform so she probably wasn't a true waitress, but had to wear that hat, and ring up the customers as well. She was kind, quick, and we had our food under 10 minutes. So, speaking for myself, I had a good experience today. Just please be aware that until we can get back on our feet completely, and ramp up staffing, you are gonna probably experience some delays and shortcomings. I went to this same location in February 2020 on a Sunday morning, and my experience today was better than that day pre-pandemic.

About a month ago my family and I went to this location and Lordy we waited over 1 hour to get our food and few families inside the restaurant slowest service ever . We decided to give them a try again and after waiting 1hrs again few families in the restaurant we decide to leave and not wait any longer .. one thing I did notice was many to go orders were being taken care of ... but the customers inside were not . Crappy service all around

Not too busy, but had to ask to to give our order. The waitress never came back so had to waive her down to ask for drinks. Then never got all our food so asked manager about the missing food and he didn't even know they had that on the menu. Supper slow and not even good service.
I suppose one can chalk it up to COVID. But after months of pandemic, this IHOP is not ready for dine-in customers. Pick another place.

Do NOT order delivery from here. We were missing three big items from our order. Tried to call the store to find a resolution for over an hour with no answer. Finally drove to the store and the manager said, yeah I saw the phone ringing, sorry for not answering. And, couldn’t even refund us. Has to go to the GM. Overall, terrible experience and I recommend spending your delivery dollars elsewhere.

Short staffed so food came out super slow (45 mins) and some items were cold, but over all was cooked correct and tasted good. Server was sweet and attentive, also apologetic for the delay.

This is the worst I Hop we have even been to! Have been here for 85 mins so far with kids and no food yet! Same for other in here. Bathrooms are so filthy that I didn’t use. This is us giving them a second chance since last visit was the same. Waiter cooker our food that time! Used to be ok, but now I would never come here again!
