My husband and I go to this Ihop every Sunday. The food is always good and the restaurant is most very clean. My only complaint is the staff. We always sit in Kyle's section because he is always working so hard and is very good and friendly. But some of the other staff just stand around and do nothing. We have witnessed several times where Kyle will be running around taking care of his people and on top of that he has to answer the phone (even after asking if someone else would get it) and bus his own tables. The host, bus girl, and 1 or 2 other waitresses just stand at the front and talk. It is very frustrating and we aren't even the ones having to deal with them.
So are we just making cheese omelettes in advance now and throwing toppings on top? I always get this. I’ve never seen it look like this. It’s covered in huge onions and everything’s just thrown on top. There’s nothing inside of it. And barely …. 😒

I came to this establishment with my partner to have breakfast. Our server was kind but unfortunately we were yelled at and insulted by another employee. Our order was wrong and brought out wrong 2 times to which we had a conversation about and the employee proceeded to say "people love to come here to complain" . I brought it to the managers attention, he didn't seem concerned at all, he sided with the server who was rude to us and proceeded to tell us to "take our plates" instead of giving us togo boxes. I have never been so disrespected at a dining establishment. If you're going to work in the service industry you should be concerned with giving all your customers a pleasant experience and taking accountability when a mistake is made instead of putting the blame on the customer. Needless to say I will not be dining here and will be encouraging others to take their business elsewhere.

Service was terrible when I pulled up I saw a man doing a transaction the same man I saw came inside of ihop went to bathroom came out of the restroom eyes blood shot red he welcome me in I wanted to sit down he told me Togo orders only because he was the only server but I saw a cook in the back I asked him how long have this been he said along time so I walked out and said thanks I just believe it was very weird because it was people inside of the restaurant when I went out I drove I seen him in the back smoking a cigarette sitting on chair on his phone I just believe that was not fair so I turned around waited for him to come in because I already seen him out side smoking and I asked for a manger he replied he is the manager I just believe mangers shouldn’t be doing transactions and getting high in the bathroom and decline my service I wouldn’t be here if he would of let me sit in but because I took my time to come to enjoy my dinner but I didn’t so I went to a different location

The food and service were wonderful and as expected for IHOP. I was here in mid-December. It was cold outside, and they had the air-conditioning on with cold air blowing down. I was freezing, and so were others. We complained to the staff, but the cold continued throughout the entire experience. I literally wore my jacket the entire time and was still cold. Otherwise, they would have scored a 5 star rating from me.

The service was horrible, we were waiting to be seated for 5 mins, while the host was finishing up her makeup at 12:55 pm. After that we were waiting for our waiter for taking our order for 10 mins. The workers were in the kitchen talking and laughing while customers are waiting for them. Finally one women came out and I told her that we are waiting here for 10 mins and no one come to us, she went back to the kitchen and than one waiter come to us. The waiter kept asking me about my order again and again and made me feel that he is making fun of me. It was so disgusting. Me and my mom love go to IHop and have our lunch together. But service became worse and worse. They killing the business with workers like that!

I had ordered a mobile order for me and my friends. Once i had arrived back home just about every single side for every order was wrong which i get happens but I had also waited an additional 20 minutes after the estimated food ready time that was on the app

Although this IHOP seemed to be short staffed, everyone sincerely tried to be accommodating. Everyone apologized for any delay. They greeted all waiting patrons, and they worked diligently to get everyone seated and taken care of.
Food was pretty good, though I had some stomach pains from it when I got home from the resturaunt. Took an excessively long time to get drink refills or get anything from the waitress. Seems they were understaffed. Clean environment and well decorated. Probably won't be returning.

i went in with my boyfriend on sunday at about noon, our server (maria i believe) was handing the check out to an 8 top right next to us, asked what we would like to drink, too which we said we still needed a minute. the 8 top left roughly 5 minutes later, and our server was no where to be found. him and i probably sat for another 15 minutes before she came and asked for our order. i ordered an ice coffee, asking for creamer to come alongside. when she finally came back with out drinks she forgot my creamer, not a big deal, i’m a server myself and have done the damn job i get it. she disappeared, speaking to her 4 top. we waited another 15 minutes and she didn’t show up so i sent my boyfriend to ask someone for creamer. once we got our food, she didn’t show back up. i was given the wrong sausage, my boyfriend is celiac and had concerns regarding cross contamination. the two tables next to us, who had another server, were sat after us and already gathering their checks by the time we even got our food. her 4 tops food came out right after ours. she was dedicating her total attention to a 4 top instead of her other tables. once me and boyfriend finished we waited another 15/20 minutes for our check. i needed a to-go box. she never checked in to make sure we were doing alright. she was sat another 4 top, put their order in and disappeared for another 10 minutes. finally she drops the check off, before even asking if we were completed or if the check was together it separate. she scurried off before i could even ask for a box. i got up to ask for a box, another server was the girl who grabbed it for me. once my man went to pay for the check, we had to wait for someone to come to the front. overall i have never had such awful service anywhere. i understand being weeded and i understand kitchen issues, but the only tables that were stuck waiting were hers. overall just disappointed. the oreo waffle was really yummy though.
