Hate it when the accommodations dont provide fridge w/freezer & microwaves in rooms. Its hard to travel/work 12plus hours then have to run food/ice packs to front desk to freeze and heat up food.

Our server, Kyle H. Was very attentive and very helpful and had a great attitude. The food was amazing. It was hot and fresh and delicious and the management was super friendly and very kind. This is definitely a place I Recommend to anyone who wants a yummy meal for breakfast with their family. I think I just found my new favorite IHOP!🙂

Servers seemed inexperienced with customer care and had zero hospitality. The food looked very much like the pictures on the menu but when you bite into it , there is no taste. Its very disappointing. The only tasty thing I had was the pancakes. Won’t ever return.

The restaurant was short staffed. My wife found a hair in her breakfast. The waitress did give us a refund on my wifes breakfast and was very apologetic. My omelet was over cooked and had a strange burnt taste and smell. The pancakes were rubbery. I have been to many IHOP restaurants in the past and usually had a great breakfast. I was disappointed with this restaurant and the cleanliness of it. It looks tired and has some booths with ripped vinyl. The floor was not very clean either. I had to ask the waitress for clean silverware as there was dryed food on them. I hope they can fix the issues to better this restaurant. I don't like to complain, but If you don't say anything, the company can't fix the problems.

The service was terrible; our party ordered our meals. The meals was cold and the food was brought incorrectly. We had a long wait. The servers were rude and disrespectful. The manager was apologized for the bad service. Our bill was taken care of. They offered us two free meals next time when we return.

Why do yall always have such a problem answering the phone? I will call 5 times, and never get an answer that morning. This has happened about 4 times in the last year, so we dicide not to eat at ihop as much due to this. Yall loose so much business due to incompetence to answer the dang phone. Tighten up
