Horrible service on the day I went. Place was not crowded when we went and we were seated fairly quickly. But then had no one come to take our order or get the drinks or water for the next 20 minutes. When we asked about this, they were very rude. Finally had to walk out without ordering. Would never go to that location again.

Order an omelet with the potatos and paid extra for sausage. Got the omelet, and the avocado that came with the omelet was grayish brown, the the sausage was cold, and I never got the hash browns even though my server kept saying he was going to bring it out. It took almost 20 min after I finished eating to get my check.

Severly understaffed today. Only had 2 servers who were busting butt, but took maybe 10+ min to be seated in a nearly empty restaurant. Food was fine. Got the spicy chicken and waffle with a gravy buscit plus a chocolate milk. $23 for that meal seems a bit extreme, but prices are stupid everywhere now.
They were understaffed. The manager served us. He did a great job. We also had an excellent waiter. It looked like he had the whole restaurant full of people. The food was good, the place was clean. Id definitely go again.

It looks like nobody knows what to do. Host guy was lost and we waited for almost an hour to be seated when obviously I can see plenty of empty tables. I am very impressed that the manager Cindy reached out to me so fast and explained that a few staff called out that day and that was the reason for the delays. I will be back and will keep you posted. So I went back Sunday 2/18/24 and asked for Cindy the manager and we waited to be seated for another 30 minutes and the manager never showed up. I looked around the dining room and eventhough there were a lot of empty tables that had not been cleaned and food all over the floor, the place looked very dirty, the wait was really long. If you are thinking about coming here be prepared to wait and see the staff running around like it was a marathon.

Edit 1 year later: gave it another year and tried again. That was my last attempt. 1st came out to say they "burnt your grits and that was the last grits we have" then brought half the wrong food out after that. This location just can't get better. Stay away. The one in Rock Hill is not that much further of a drive. Go there instead.I decided to see if this location had gotten any better after staying away for several years. NOPE! I order as soon as I sat down and then never saw my sever again for 40 minutes. When I finally got up to leave a different server asked what was wrong. After some excuse I finally got my food. The 2 other tables that got seated at the same time as me ordered ate and paid before I got my order, which didn't even come out together but in parts. Just a trash location all around
