This place is a joke! Horrible service! Lazy managers! A disgrace to the IHOP brand name. The only reason it's a one star is because the food was just ok. Maybe it would have been good if it was hot. The idea was there, just bad execution. Also, hope you're good with only using the one napkin that comes rolled in silverware. Also pray it's not even halfway busy or get used to asking random servers for stuff since yours probably won't check on you. I'd suggest going elsewhere. Maybe Denny's or Midnight Diner if you're in the charlotte area.

I REALLY wish I could remember our servers name because he was AMAZING! So attentive to our party of 6 and not one complaint. The only comment I have is about the wait. Granted, it was a Sunday around 11, the Panther's were playing a home game and the after church crowd was hungry but it seems this IHOP is ALWAYS crowded and always has a 20 minute wait with no adequate seating while waiting or parking - usually have to park across the street. Otherwise, good.

Service was not all that fast so if you are hungry bring plenty of patience. Other than that it is a boilerplate iHop. They have a good breakfast at a reasonable price.

If you have all day to wait. If you don't mind that and cold food OK. They had full staff kitchen and wait. We had a 54 min wait . Not including the wait time to be seated. Ask to speak to management.. Still waiting!!! You would think that at least the waitress would have kept are drinks filled simple water and tea. But had to stop her several times to question why the delay and to get a simple refill. Don't waste your time.

Waited at least 25 minutes for my unsweetened tea Asked for silverware and was brought 1 set 30 minutes in still waiting for food.
Management is unprofessional. They embarrassed their employees in front of customers instead of addressing issues in the back. Food is good and servers are down to earth but they need more help.

We enjoy going to IHOP for breakfast occasionally. This location is always packed and expect a wait during breakfast hours. The food is good and the crepes are our favorite thing.

We were seated not greeted right away. Sat awhile before anyone even came to our table. Food was adequate and portion was economical. More quality service needed. It was early in the morning and they weren't even that busy.

This IHOP is always so nice! Kids eat FREE from 4 to 10pm. Debbie is the GM here, she is awesome!!! The service is great!

We were all craving breakfast food, despite it being 6pm, so we stopped in here for dinner with the family after a trip to IKEA. This particular IHOP is located directly adjacent to the UNC-Charlotte campus, which is nice and convenient. It was noticeably clean the minute we walked in, which is important in my book. It wasn't very busy so we were seated immediately. Our server was fairly new, however still very nice and attentive. The manager came over and checked on us about half way through our meal, to ensure everything had come out correctly and that the service was acceptable. That's a nice touch and shows how important the business is to them, in my opinion. Food was served hot and fresh. My omelette wasn't the best I've ever had, however was still good. The blueberry pancakes, however, that my wife ordered were out of this world! The kids had eggs, bacon & hash browns which were perfect for them. Overall, a nice visit and we'll have no hesitations about returning when in the area. Thanks IHOP for helping keep my family from getting "hangry" after a long day of shopping. Good service and good price for good food. What more can you ask for?
