After the food arrived, my mom and I were ready to head out. We walked into the restaurant expecting Chinese cuisine, but what we got was disappointing. I've had much better Indian food elsewhere; this place is just not good. When we asked the manager for a discount, he shot us a nasty glare.

The food was fine but the waiter was HORRIBLE!!! We ordered 2 cocktails as well, which the waiter made himself and it was the worst drinks I have ever tried. When we asked our server to return them, the waiter came back 5 minutes later holding those glasses and with an attitude, warning us whether we finish our drinks or not, they will still charge us for it. This is not the kind of service that is expected at a restaurant and definitely not that kind of behavior towards customers.

Really stupid customer service, we called 30 prior to going to the restaurant to reserve our table. Was told there will be just a 10 min wait and no need to make a reservation. We reach the restaurant and the lady said of a 45 min wait and gave us an attitude that we didn’t make the reservation. Highly recommended not to go here.

I went with the family for dinner to celebrate birthday. We ordered a couple of appetizers, Manchuria over rice, Schezwan fried rice and Chilli garlic noodles. Only the schezwan fried rice taste was a little okay, everything except this is way too bad. We go to this restaurant every now and then. This is by far the worst visit. I'd rate Lat Mai Paneer and Vegetable Coin Manchuria 0/10.

Now the best part. SERVICE: I would actually give negative rating for this. We were a group of 6. The Lat Mai Paneer arrived and we all got a little servings in our plates. It was flavorless and tasteless, when complained about this to the restaurant manager, he came and had us put back the paneer in our plates back in to the dish tray. We would have been happy if he had just taken our plates and gave us new plates. But he wanted it to be put back in the original plate it came in. When asked whether this is necessary, he said the chef would want to see the food before they can replace it, which I thought was crazy as he is the store manager. What's crazy is they added 21% tip included in the bill which were not aware of. When asked to remove it, they said it's a mandatory thing.

Poor work ethics. Restaurant closes at 9:30pm but they stop taking orders after 9pm, whether it’s to go go order. It never happens in other restaurants. They serve until their designated serving time. Bad experience

They generally have a good taste but today I think something was off. They had too much salt in one of their hot pot dish.
When asked they said the dish by itself is salty. That was weird.

Went here with friends and the food was really good. Close to the Indo Chinese we used to eat in India. Four starts only because the quantity is less compared to the price.

Low value for the food price. Additionally, there is a great scope to improve the service. Customers wouldn’t usually pay for something they didn’t order. When our orders are out of stock, you have to communicate that and take a replacement order but not giving us something of your interest without notifying us. It’s not an ethical way of doing business. Customers wouldn’t visit the place twice if the food is average for the price and service is too bad.

It's definitely the most terrible service. Time is 1.57pm, and they refused to seat 4 people just because they are closing at 2.30pm.
Interesting! Never heard such a thing before from a restaurant!!! I think you should close this business!!!

The food was delicious, but the portion size was disappointingly small. Unfortunately, it didn't feel like value for money, especially considering that other restaurants typically serve more generous portions. The photos I've posted are of my pickup order, straight from the restaurant, and not leftovers.
