The service was amazing. Everyone seemed to genuinely enjoy being there, and our server was very attentive and thoughtful with his suggestions. The food just wasn't there though. The pizza crust was good, but a tad too stiff, and the toppings a tad too thick and overcooked. The pudding roll was bland and frankly stale tasting. It was quite dry. We felt it would have been better had it been soaked and rewarmed. The tagliatelle was okay. The pasta was well made and perfectly cooked, but the “sauce” ingredients still mixed up too watery and underwhelming.

The pasta(spaghetti ) was very dry. First restaurant I've been to where there's a charge for rocks(ice) in your drink. The prosecco was served in a baby wine glass. I've just never seen this. None of this was worth the money! Thanks but no thanks . I would say the food was served hot!

Had family in town including their young teens, it was a perfect blend of ambiance & vibes with a variety of menu options for all ages. Cocktails were great and service was fantastic !

Made a reservation for 5pm 7/27. The air conditioning was out, and they sat us upstairs where it was even more hot. We were sweating in our seats the entire time. They eventually brought a fan upstairs. 20 minutes later they sat a couple and their labrador retriever dog at the table next to us "inside" the restaurant. I thought dogs ate outside. With the fan blowing there was dog hair that landed on our table. I was really excited about this place....

I'd skip it. It's very hot in this restaurant-I don't know if the air conditioning was broken or what. The temperature of the restaurant ruined the experience. The food was just OK definitely overpriced

Went for my friend's birthday and Renata made sure that everything was great. Her service was amazing, & the food was impecable. The Queen's Feast menu for restaurant week is to die for and we were very satisfied with our experience. Will definitely be back. The birthday boy loved the pesto sauce, once the staff heard this they made a small gift bag with the pesto sauce & a bow on top! Such an incredible gesture and attention to detail. Thank you to the chef and team for an unforgettable experience.

Indaco is a treat every single time! I've been to their Charleston and Charlotte location, and love both of them. The food is mouth wateringly good, the service is great, and the atmosphere is always very cozy and warm. I would definitely recommend this place if you haven't been yet!!

I had such a great experience here! I was there with my mom to celebrate my birthday and everyone at the restaurant was so sweet. They even got me a birthday gift and dessert. It wasn't just the kindness that was shown, the food was amazing as well. We got the meatballs and orecchiette and both were outstanding. I can't wait to go back!
