Small group at work have been hooked on IndiGrille for months! The burritos and flatbread get ordered each time and stay consistent.. Naan taco seems to have less garlic on it but still delicious.. hear me... order the Naan with all on the toppings available it will render you speechless!

We come here often when we come through Charlotte. Today there were 4 of us. The food and service have always been pretty good. I have to say I am not a fan of the new self "checkout" For example we could order the Flatbread without onions or without jalapeños but not without both. Getting the attention if the cook in the kitchen takes a long time (we were the only diners in at that time) they were not visible and apparently could not hear us. When we asked her about the issue she said she could make it without it. We were not able to take a beeper because they were unavailable, so we had to keep coming back to look for our food. (They used to bring your food out to you) The flatbread came with jalapeños, again it took some time to get the attention of the kitchen staff by now there was also a young man back there, but he could not hear nor could he come out of the kitchen, eventually the cook came out I told her about the flatbread and for some reason I am apologizing for the error. When the flatbread was remade it was just left on the front counter with no indication from the staff it was complete. There is an option to tip when you order. I recommend you tip after you are "served" Food was good but I won't be back. The lack of service during ordering and feeling like you are bothering the staff is unappetizing to me and my family.

Save some money and buy some microwave Indian and a package of naan because that’s what this is.Guy at the counter walked by us and told us our food was ready as he went to the bathroom when he could have brought it to us as we were dining in and the only customers in the store.Lackluster customer service at the counter as well, dude played w his hair the whole time he took our order and then went and put on one glove to make the food.One and done kind of experience.
