The salad was solid and service efficient.

I will disclose I am not the biggest fan of Neopolitan pizza. The dough is too floppy which is normal for a Neo pizza. In the case here, both red pizzas we ordered were missing some or all of the red sauce. The ingredients were good but the cheese could have been more crispy. Cook time was only 4 minutes from ordering so I wasn’t expecting it to be.

Overall it’s ok but it’s not cheap pizza at $17 for a small pizza relative to what I prefer, a crispy dough with a solid red sauce and cooked crisp cheese.

I ordered at the wrong location by mistake and didn’t realize it until the order was ready, they quickly offered to remake my order. Great customer service and great pizza!!

2nd time ordering pizza from here and what bothers me the most (2nd time they do it) is how few toppings they add. The pizzas look pretty but the dough is very unlike the true pizzas, at times even rubbery

Staff friendly and welcoming. Pizza was delicious. Thin and flavorful. Reminds me of pizza in Italy. I ordered two and devoured them myself.

Came here while visiting Charlotte, found it in maps and thought it was worth trying. Very good pizza! And the salads are excellent. Would come back.

Delicious! Loved the pizza and salad. The environment is very relaxed and my kids loved playing outside.

The pizza is amazing, we have the pizza one a week from here. The service is good however they are busy so the service lacks time to time. Great atmosphere, my kids love come here.

Their cashier were very rude. Commenting with a sarcastic voice when not paying the tablet tip is not something I like to see as a paying customer.
Such a entitlement for getting tip for doing nothing is not understandable. I have to clean your nasty dining table, get my own water and napkins, put the empty tray away and you expect us to give you Tip?! For what exactly?!
I confronted the manger and she didn’t even apologize and backed her cashier. I will never come back or order anything from this location for my business again.

They push customers to pay tip even when I talked to their manager, she tried to justify their wrong behavior with some sentences like our cashiers can’t see the amount of tip!

From the moment I walked in my wife and I were greeted and made a so comfortable by the first employee we came across. She recommended some things and after speaking to her about how I prefer my pizzas she actually went and made it herself! It was amazing and I wish I had remembered her name. To add onto that Frank the manager came over to my wife and I and exchanged an amazing conversation where we found out we all actually grew up near one another, how ironic! Anyways, if looking for delicious food and amazing Gelato with a really nice atmosphere you’ll probably be seeing me here once a week atleast!

We had a great first experience. The manager, Frank, was very helpful & polite guiding us through the menu. The salted caramel gelato was to die for!!

Kid-friendliness: My 2 year old nephew ate 3 plates of ceaser salad & loved the pizza!
