The pizza is amazing, we have the pizza one a week from here. The service is good however they are busy so the service lacks time to time. Great atmosphere, my kids love come here.

Their cashier were very rude. Commenting with a sarcastic voice when not paying the tablet tip is not something I like to see as a paying customer.
Such a entitlement for getting tip for doing nothing is not understandable. I have to clean your nasty dining table, get my own water and napkins, put the empty tray away and you expect us to give you Tip?! For what exactly?!
I confronted the manger and she didn’t even apologize and backed her cashier. I will never come back or order anything from this location for my business again.

They push customers to pay tip even when I talked to their manager, she tried to justify their wrong behavior with some sentences like our cashiers can’t see the amount of tip!

From the moment I walked in my wife and I were greeted and made a so comfortable by the first employee we came across. She recommended some things and after speaking to her about how I prefer my pizzas she actually went and made it herself! It was amazing and I wish I had remembered her name. To add onto that Frank the manager came over to my wife and I and exchanged an amazing conversation where we found out we all actually grew up near one another, how ironic! Anyways, if looking for delicious food and amazing Gelato with a really nice atmosphere you’ll probably be seeing me here once a week atleast!

We had a great first experience. The manager, Frank, was very helpful & polite guiding us through the menu. The salted caramel gelato was to die for!!

Kid-friendliness: My 2 year old nephew ate 3 plates of ceaser salad & loved the pizza!

By far the best pizzeria I have found in Charlotte or NC as a whole. I love Neapolitan-style pizza, and it's much harder to find down here in the south than in the north.

Nothing else has come close here.

Very very delicious. I ordered through door dash, insane how fast it was on the way. Got the marguerite. The crust is very thin but the edges aren’t hard. Soft, fluffy, tasty. Wow delicious. And if I’m being honest, I was not sold based on looks alone. I was wrong. Really great tasting and they gave me a little cup of pizza sauce for any kind of dunking you might be interested in. Every pizza place should do that because it’s a phenomenal idea. Eat Inizio right now

Ordered TWO pizzas and only received one pizza. Such a bummer that they didn’t want to make it right. Maybe they shouldn’t use door dash, but door dash isn’t going to fix it, so they should probably fix it

Some of the best pizza in Charlotte!! Fresh and cooked perfectly!! Service is also fantastic! We had a large office event and they were very accommodating to help us!! Very impressed with the team member that delivered our food. Took the time to explain what sets inizio apart and thanked us for choosing inizio. We'll definitely choose inizio again!
