Drinks were tasty, when you could get one. Multiple people behind the bar huddled together chatting while we had empty drinks at least twice. I’ll never understand when I have to beg people to take my money, we would have ordered at least two more rounds of drinks and more food, but with so many options in uptown, we decided to take our chances elsewhere.

For was not cooked right. I ordered steak to be medium, I got week done. I waited quite a woke for waitress but she didn't come so I ate it but it was tough and needed salt because it was bland. Ice been wanting to come here since a long time ago, finally did, wasn't impressed. The atmosphere was really cool though. Good looking bar inside, with TVs for sports everywhere. That's about it. They didn't offer to validate for parking either

I really appreciate that our server got us in and out on game day. Like really quickly. We asked for our food to be packed in to go boxes and to go ahead and pay our tab. We had our food in under ten minutes with a smile. Chicken tenders are good!

Eh. Great space tons of TVs excellent location near panthers stadium and everything uptown. But they just can't keep people long enough for there to be any consistency. Sometimes decent food and service, sometimes just slow, sometimes horrific.

We’ve been here a few times & loved it. However the menu changes were really surprising. & underwhelming. They stopped making Diablo sauce for wings. They insisted that buffalo was the ‘hottest’ they had- but it wasn’t even hot. The fry’s were in comparison to Burger King & came out luke warm. Our waitress was nice but forgot part of our order/ misunderstoodr. She also overcharged me. This was my go to stop for charlotte but after tonight I’m going to look elsewhere.

Food sucked. Our waiter took our credit card ran it added a 25% tip and handed us our receipt. Was not given opportunity to view credit screen or sign. Then he was gone. 25.oo meal with a 10.00 tip

I've shared a special time here. Starting with the first conversation with Kassidi, the Event Mgr, she was so easy to work with and talk to. Adam, the Site Mgr, was just as warm and inviting. The birthday celebration myself and fiance planned happened without a glitch. Though it started a bit uncertain and confusing, it was worked out beautifully. The assigned servers were beautiful, professional, kind and efficient. Food was good. The sweet and spicy shrimp, chicken and fried mushrooms are worth mentioning. Plenty options for a Pescitarian. Ink n Ivy is a beautiful place. The ambiance is just right. The place is cheerfully decorated for the holidays. It is spacious. I look forward to the opportunity to take advantage of hosting a event on the stylish patio area. The band was great from what I can remember because the birthday party mostly held my attention. My sis, the Smiling Birthday Lady really enjoyed herself. It was a Big Surprise!! Parking fees are no surprise being that it is located downtown. Kudos to the staff. I would recommend this place!!!

Ebony is the best bartender !!! She made us the best drinks we’ve had in Charlotte in years. Her mixologist skills mixed with her personality blew us away. If you come to the bar, ask for Ebony!! She’s amazing! :)
