I recently discovered a hidden gem in Charlotte - a fantastic fresh seafood market! From the moment I stepped in, I could sense the cleanliness and freshness of the place through its inviting aroma and pristine appearance. The best part? They offer the option to fry any seafood of your choice, which is a delightful touch. I was specifically looking for fresh conch, and to my delight, they had it in stock. The friendly staff added to the overall positive experience. I can't wait to return for more seafood delights!

Cute little place. They have seasoning galore for crab boil shrimp boils or any type of boil really. They also cook the food for you if you want them to and you can tell them how you want it prepared if you're going to take it home. I gave three stars because on their shelving there's not a lot past the cleaning supplies and the serving platters and seasoning. I will say that some of the seasonings are overpriced and that's the regular sized stuff. They also have restaurant sizes as well which I thought was nice. Also the woman and I assume her son didn't have a very friendly demeanor. I noticed how the sun seemed to play d*** while she was ringing up customers for him... Like he didn't want to do anything or didn't want to be there. Another thing that annoyed me during my time there was me purchasing some Jamaican sodas and I didn't see an area where I could pay with my card. I'm clearly bewildered and you can see it on my face and they don't say anything to me to let me know that the card reader was on the other side of where they were. And I'll honestly that set up is actually kind of stupid. But I digress. They have muscles and fish. I cannot remember if there were any sea scallops, clams, lobster, or crab. I do know that when I went they had red snapper so I bought a couple of those and they were absolutely delicious. Another plus is that you don't walk out of their smelling like fish and the smell isn't bad in there. I mean it is a fish market so of course you're going to smell seafood but you know there are those ones where you walk in and you kind of question yourself as to how they're still in business with its smelling the way that it does lol. It is kind of small in there and there isn't much room for customers to sit while they wait for their orders to be cooked or prepared for take home consumption. But other than that all around, it's a good place to go to get your seafood and your seasoning!

This place is horrible! The fish is never fresh! It's like he unthaw and refreeze what he don't sell. The owner himself is rude! They hack at ur fish not cut it properly! It's never consistent, they sell u frozen fish claiming to be fresh! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!
