Insomnia Cookies

Good cookies love the new brownie, out for this month the workers were pretty chill and kind, fun to talk to the cookies are fresh 10/10 brownies tho especially the cookie brownie mix

Cookies are ok but not for what they charge. Worker was VERY friendly

We came in right before closing on a friday night and erin treated us amazingly! she was great to talk to and the cookies were bussinnnnn as always

I can't believe this location is still open after Epicentre is looking dead! There was no one in there! But Insomnia cookies had a free cookie promo on 8/26 (almost forgot about it and was riding the light rail and got off the CTC station) cookie was delicious and soft thank you

My granddaughter love these cookies and brownies. Although a little pricey for my taste I enjoy buying them for her.

Came on a holiday when we were in the store before close with a 3 year old (waited 45+ minutes) , and they would not take our order 2 minutes prior to close. Very rude staff and ownership. Do not shop here ever

Hot, fresh cookies

This store was very rude on the phone. Our intital driver didn’t not want to wait for our order and was going to cancel it. We called the store just to make sure someone else would pick it up and the lady on the phone was very rude and did not care to help us find another driver. She said the only
Option was to cancel our order completely because she didn’t have time to call or get another driver right now. Terrible customer service. And we will be eating crumbl cookies from now on.

I placed an order from the E. trade shop (open until 3am says their website) at 12:30am. They sent my order to the wrong address.

I tried calling them - no answer.

I then place a new order at 1am (open til 3am per their website), and it doesn’t show up. I call “we are closed” I’m calling at 1:05am, they show they are open til 3am, and that’s the service I get. Do better.

Always open when you need it

These cookies were awesome. My favorite were the caramel cookies!

The food was great, but the service was awful.

Great cookies! Don’t sleep on the ice cream. Tisha was so nice and let us taste a couple of the ice cream flavors. The caramellion ice cream is SO good. Cookies and huge and staff is nice. Great place for a late night snack (or order on Uber eats).

The service was horrible. The young lady
working there did not communicate verbally at all. When my daughter asked if they had red velvet cookies available, she just shook her head. I will not be returning to this location.
