Insomnia Cookies

The service was horrible. The young lady
working there did not communicate verbally at all. When my daughter asked if they had red velvet cookies available, she just shook her head. I will not be returning to this location.

Wonderful Experience. Kalea was so kind, I needed help finding the store and she stayed on the phone and greeted me with a smile when I came in. She helped me pick out the best cookies and let me know they were all baked fresh. She is a excellent employee and amazing representation of Insomnia. I wish it was a way I could have tipped her on the card, I didn’t have any cash. Thanks for the remarkable experience!!! Highly Recommend!

The woman who will serve you with ice cream can't be any more dismissing.

Came in with my wife just before midnight and asked which cookies they had. We ordered a few and when the counter gal noticed I was disappointed they were out of the salted caramel cookies, she offered to bake them fresh for us. Just ate one fresh baked and damn was it good. Great cookies and great service👍🏻

My kids enjoyed the cookies they ordered.

make sure you keep an eye out for deals and ask for them before you pay! my family cashed out then saw a quick advertisement about a BOGO. they asked the cashier about it and she told them it’s only available when asked for before cashing out and wouldn’t give them the deal after the fact. her response to their incredulity was “yeah, people argue”. never heard of a business playing games with their deals like this one does.

Got there about 30 minutes after opening and the cookies we wanted were still in the oven, so we went next door to Krispy Kreme to wait. Ordered half as many cookies as originally intended because we were now in a sugar coma from the donuts.
I did order one new cookie that was so much smaller than the other cookies at a higher price. While it tasted wonderful, it was not worth the extra cost.

Tonight, after dinner, I went for dessert at Insomnia. The atmosphere and staff were nice. The place was clean and the dessert didn't take long to come out. I ordered a brownie with two scoops of vanilla ice cream, the hot chocolate dessert with the cold dessert combination was delicious without being too sweet, they complemented each other perfectly. Very good, for a casual outing with family or friends.

they didnt answer my calls

The cookies are good but have terrible customer service. I basically had to ring myself up because girl walked away from counter. She had a bad attitude I had heard so much about them but first time trying Insomnia Cookies and not the experience I was hoping for.

Purchased a brownie with a scoop of ice cream and my brownie tasted very stale and my ice cream had a piece of tape attached to a piece of cardboard like maybe from a box i don’t know but gross experience.

The cookies are amazing, here they're seriously the best cookies I've ever had in my life I don't want any other cookie. I HIGHLY recommend Insomnia Cookies ?❤️‍?

Vegetarian options: There are definitely vegan cookies here, I didn't try one but if the regular cookies are a bite of heaven so will the vegan cookies

Kid-friendliness: The woman was very nice to my son and even helped him pick a flavor.

I waited an hour for my order of three cookies. Instead of the staff coming out and notifying of anything we all just stood in there with no updates. Order was placed at 11, to be ready at 11:30 and ready and we didn’t get them until 12. You would think the staff would throw in an extra after knowing how long we stood there but they did not. Never again.
