When my wife and 2 girls arrived the place was packed. Maybe 20-25 ppl in a tight space and over half had already ordered. We waited about 20-25 minutes before we were able to order then after our order, another 30 minutes before we got the order. AND the cookies were already in the cabinet up front by the ice cream. We ordered 3 chocolate chunk cookies and 4 scoops of ice cream. It was ready as soon as we ordered it and we spent around one hour in this place on Saturday evening and the cookies weren't even warm when we got them!!!! I'm sure this isn't reflective on the entire brand but this location needs to work on their processes or the people working them... The ice cream was good tho!

This was my second chance trying insomnia cookies and in a different state and I must stand by my original review, it's just not it for me. We ordered a variety pack of about 5-6 cookies and after one bite of the white chocolate macadamia (my favorite type of cookie ever) I was like nahh these cookies just don't do it for me. I think the only positive concept is the fact that they are open late so if you have a sweet tooth, there's an option to satisfy but outside of that I probably wouldn't buy these again. My cookie was pretty dry and didn't have the soft, sweet flavor of a white chocolate macadamia cookie that I would get anywhere else. My friend are the other cookies and said it was just okay but I don't think it's anything he work rant and rave about either. Based on the reviews in seeing, it doesn't seem like I'm the only one who feels this way.

Not really sure why there’s 8 people in line and you take all 8 orders then start making them. I was the first of the 8 and sat 25 mins to get three cookies. Def not like the insomnia cookie in Memphis. A door dasher was already there and said they didn’t have the cookies his customer ordered and he was still waiting on them to bake even though the order was put in a half hour prior.

Walked in to order some cookies, no one was in the front. A min or so later a young lady came out. She didnt say hello or anything, just walked over to the cash register. I said hello and asked if they had sugar cookies available. She didnt even acknowledge my hello and just shook her head yes. I said have a good day and left. I'll order my sugar cookies from another Insomnia, another day?

I worked there very horrible experience the store manager is lazy and Unorganized she doesn’t know how to do her job. The general manager doesn’t respond and he’s lazy. Also, they Don’t tell that you’re terminated they just lead you and let you think you still work

First of all horrific service.The workers are moving like SNAILS.They don't look at you or ask to take your orders. Besides having to wait in line they take my order wrong .For 12 simple cookies I didn't ask for they took 1hour to come out and she clarified it would've 12 minutes!!! IS THW WAIT WORTH IT ????MOST DEFINITELY NOT! They have no public restrooms so
Didn't even look at us when we came up to cash register. As a matter of fact...didn't say a word. Better service would be a better cookie.
