Ordered through DoorDash unaware they deliver on their own (why go on doordash then). Received the text saying that the order has just left the bakery @ 951p, here i am sitting here now; no cookies and am order-worth less in my pocket. I called the store and was left ringing the entire time..on two separate occasions. Don't order from here if you don't plan on being swindled.

I wouldn’t come to this location again, the customer service was not the best, I felt like I was bothering the staff member that was their she had her headphones in & I get it, it’s late and dealing with customers can challenging but I would appreciated better service. The cookies were crumbled before we even got to enjoy them.

I wouldn’t recommend ordering via Uber eats. I was missing half my order. Perhaps walking in you’ll have a better experience, but for the price I paid I’m a little disappointed with the service.

One of the best cookies near me..all are freshly baked ones. Size of the cookie is good enough.. prices are reasonable… we tried red velvet, chocolate chip, brownie, macadamia cookie , oat meal one all are yummy… will visit this store again.

I placed an order on Uber eats, long story short it wasn’t delivered. Uber Eats referred me back to the store stating they confirmed the order had been delivered. Not sure who I spoke to at Insomnia but she was so sweet and professional, sent me a reorder right out. They were fresh and hot. I really appreciate the top notch service. Made my daughter and her guest happy.

We walked into Insomnia Cookies on N. Tryon at around 2:30 and were told we couldn’t order a certain cookie because they were closing in 5 minutes and had washed all of their dishes. Miracle and the white female manager both seemed annoyed that we were there so late, slamming doors, laughing, and breathing hard. Granted it was 30 minutes before closing but it’s called insomnia cookies for a reason. I wouldn’t recommend going to this location during late night hours unless you want to be met with an attitude.
My partner had questions and Miracle did not try to upsell your product, she actually made it seem like she didn’t want us to order more. We always spend at least $60 here. We were told that we couldn’t complete our order of four oatmeal cookies because they had washed all of their dishes. After asking her name she stated that it had been a busy day and that she knew she seemed snappy. Before leaving we had asked for two more small boxes because the cookies were gifts. She stated they were almost out of boxes, breathed hard before walking to the back and passive aggressively bringing out 10 boxes stacked.
We enjoy insomnia cookies but this experience makes us only want to frequent during the day time if at all.

Fun shop playing hits and serving warm cookies! The cookies are crisp on the edges but soft on the inside which I love. The person who helped me was very helpful and friendly.
I’ve had the cookies before and they were good. But delivery is atrocious. I’d rather them just say they don’t do delivery. The first time it took significantly longer than estimated. The second time it never came and when I called to check on the status, the lady on the phone lied and said it would be there any minute. Cue 1.5 hours later…

Waited over 30 mins for 6 cookies worth $20 to be asked if burnt cookies would be acceptable, otherwise, I’d have to wait longer. When I said I’d rather not have my cookies burnt, I received practically raw ones that were falling apart. Hopefully I don’t get salmonella.

The Resses cookie reminded me of my Grandma's peanut butter cookies ?. I can't get it out of my mind. I also enjoyed the double chocolate. I never got to taste the chocolate chunk cookies my son and nephew destroyed!
Dietary restrictions: I am pretty sure the have G-free offerings.
