Insomnia Cookies

Poor service, great cookies. Late-night employee had her AirPods in, “No M&M,” “No Confetti.” Okay??? SO rude. Won’t be back lol but work your wage girl pop off.

Says they’re open until 1am, drove all the way out the for the online order I placed just to be told all orders had been cancelled at 11:55pm.

If made right the cookies are excellent but the staff always have bad attitudes and long wait times. I will not revisit this bias location because the manager Amberlynn was very rude she doesn’t have any respect for employees at all!

I've read a number of reviews about this location's customer service being subpar, but mine was great!
I came around 1130p I believe so there was no customers. When I arrived, one of the employees was on break standing outside. I spoke to her gleefully and she gave back pleasant conversation.
The employee on the inside greeted me, and was also kind.
Although I was there for a pickup order the clerk still was open to casual Concord. Even offered ME a free cookie (doordash apparently has a program where you earn one that I was unaware of).
I had a good experience, and would recommend visiting this location.

Cookies are pretty good

Shakira is AMAZING! I just stopped by because I wanted to surprise a friend with his favorite cookies and Shakira was knowledgeable, funny and hooked me up to be a blessing!

My First and Last time. Worst dessert place ever.
I hated the 2 scoops of ice cream I chose , I arrived here with my husband after he got off work, I am pregnant and wanted a late night treat. At 12:00am June 27, 2025.

I should stayed home and baked myself and bought ice cream from the store!
I drove 22 minutes away from home at 11:30 at night to pay for 9$+ ice cream and brownie that I didn't like.
My husband asked kindly if the store associate would replace the item because the brownie was COLD, even thought this company number one advertisement says “warmer, warm cookie and brownie”, and the ice cream was waaaaaay to sweet for me to take more than one bite.
We asked twice if she would replace it and she refused. My whole night is ruined. And whats worse is she said, “ you can pay for another one”. So unhelpful and careless.

And there was no place to sit and enjoy the late night treat. Which also killed the experience.

The employee that checked us out and made the cookies, Shakira W, was great! She had great communication and a great personality! Also cookies are always delicious, their GF cookies are my favorite.

The cookies were good, but we had to wait quite a bit - not sure if there were enough people working at the time.

We drove to Charlotte from Columbia for our God daughter's graduation party. We were asked to pick up the cookies. We thought it would be better to get the cookies in Charlotte. After an hour and forty five minute drive, we went inside to place our order, which totaled $101.00. I asked if I could use the restroom and was told that the restroom was for employees ONLY! To add insult to injury, the employee also said you can go next door to Krispy Creme. My response to her was I just spent a hundred bucks with you! This is totally unacceptable! If you can't provide a restroom for your paying customers maybe you shouldn't be opened...

Cookies are warm & soft!! So good!!
