Insomnia Cookies

Parked outside in the parking lot directly next to the store. A car was parked in the first space, next to me. There was someone in the drivers seat and a few other people inside and around (standing). I walked into the store. Nobody was inside. After about 30 seconds one of the young men who was standing outside at the parked car came in the front door and immediately came behind the counter and took my order. No hand washing. I wasn't sure if he would be the one making my dessert, but hoped he would not be handling my food without at least putting gloves on, he had just walked in from outside. I ordered a cookie/ice cream sandwich and he [ without washing his hands or putting on gloves] proceeds to make my order, stepping into the back for the cookies. I wondered if he used his bare hands. They only had three ice cream flavors, and they were almost gone. Before I could put on my seatbelt he was back outside entertaining his friends. They were having fun, why I don't know. If you will be in and out, at least have the decency and hygiene to wash your hands before handling food. I won't be back. I'm in the parking space still making this review and he is inside/outside the store with each customer and on his phone. It's a no for me.

Ordered online for delivery. The driver sped through my neighborhood and never even stopped. Never got the order. No one picks up the phone either.

Went here got a 6 pack and 3 of the cookies weren’t what I ordered and 2 were broken in pieces. Not sure if it’s just this location but for starters insomnia cookies is disappointing. And pricey for cookies that are just thrown into the box

Came to this location today around 1:50 pm and waited 10 mins, no one came to service me. Then a young man came out of the restroom and did not acknowledge my existence and walked out with his head down. I left due to horrible customer service. Totally unacceptable!

The cookies are amazing, but the customer service is awful at this location.

Customer service poor. Went this evening, young lady behind counter was rude, needs to improve her etiquette and Customer service. Will go to another location next time!!

Great cookies. AWFUL service. 3 times in a row I go in and the workers eventually walk out from the back and just look at you when they get to the counter. Literally they don’t even say hi, even if you say hi to them. Nothing in return. 3 straight times.
But cookies are great 😂

Cookies were good as always but the cashier Shaquita R was very rude and had an unwelcoming attitude from the moment we walked in. Definitely not a way to treat a loyal customer.

Love this brand, but not this location. Customer service was pretty much non existent. The young man tried to quickly end his casual phone call when I walked in, didn't care to speak or greet me..
And then went to get my cookies without even pretending to wash his hands. EVERYONE'S phone is swimming in bacteria, so that was super off-putting.
Handed my items to me without saying a word the entire time..
And then I get to the car to see that one of my cookies is under- done and oily as ever... gross
There's also no visible sanitation score posted, which makes me think it's being hidden on purpose.
I doubt there was a manager in the building so I didn't even bother.

I’m a doordash part time driver. I came to this store today, friday 09:30PM to pick two orders up. I was completely ignored by their employees while only one person was in the front. The lady in the front ignored me passing other people in front of me and refused to say how long the order would take or even if the order was been prepared in the back. If you’re planning to place a order with this store to get delivered, forget it. They just don’t care if your order will be delivered late, they rather stay in the back laughing and cracking jokes while the store is full of customers in the front waiting.

Service was awful. Lady at the front literally rolled her eyes when we walked in. Every cookie we tried to order she said they didn’t carry, even though it was on their menu. In the middle of trying to order different flavors for our kids, she just walked to the back.

I went with a friend to try these cookies for the first time but they are not as special as I thought they were going to be. They were kind of pricey too. We left disappointed…

I only gave 4 stars because there were no more peanut butter cookies available. There cookies are very good and soft.

I love insomnia but I’ve have 2 experiences know with this location that have unacceptable as both times I’ve gone i left without cookies.

The first time they were out of EVERYTHING except sugar cookies and the guy working there was very rude and spoke condescending. I was no longer in the mood to wait for cookies after experiencing his attitude.

The second time i was really craving a cookie . Parked, walked up to the door with a sign on it saying “bathroom break back in 15 min” i did not have 15 minutes..much more why are there not restrooms for workers in the store? Why is there not more than one person working so that this doesn’t happen?
