Ordered breakfast (eggs, bacon, potatoes) for delivery to my hotel room. Easy ordering experience, and the food came promptly and neatly packed. The orange juice was delicious. But I didn’t get the cheese I requested (and paid for) in my eggs, and the food overall was cooked well but unseasoned. Thankfully, they included salt and pepper packets in the bag. Overall, a good experience that served the most important purposes of convenience and satiety.

The most important thing I can say is that the greeting and service from Josh the Valet/Steward was 5 star His warmth and welcoming attitude got us off to a perfect start. Thank you Hyatt for employing such a great hospitality pro [email protected]

First time at a Hyatt Centric, Beautiful property, with perfectly designed rooms. So quiet! It's very centrally located. The rooftop restaurant/bar is a perfect place to end the day, and Lauren is a phenomenal mixologist! We'll certainly be back!

The hotel is beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The valet staff went above and beyond. They handled our bags and recovered an item from our vehicle we neglected to grab. They were very impressive. Chris, Michael, Thaddeus, Josh, and Nick, my wife and I were very impressed by your care and courtesy. Not just towards us but how you handled the others guests in our presence as well. Thanks gents! Hyatt Centric Charlotte SouthPark was a First Class experience. My only regret was not staying longer to take advantage of the shops and restaurants surrounding Hyatt. We will be back!
I would like to start off by stating that im an Explorist member and not a Discoverist even before i booked this stay! I only booked this hotel with the hopes that i would get a suit upgrade. However, i only find out a couple of days ago that i dont qualify for that as a complimentary upgrade. Had i know this i would have booked the renaissance hotel across the way. At least there i would have been able to get a complimentary breakfast and snacks for the same price of this stay since im a Titanium Elite member. And an attached parking deck. This stay was a complete 180 from my 1st stay at this hotel and that was on points. I got yelled at by valet upon unloading my luggage. Apparently i entered the "wrong" way. And i think it was by the same valet attendant that wouldnt even assist me when it was raining upon check out my 1st stay here. Irony is that once i came back down to park my car there was another guest that was in the same spot that i had originally entered in at, parked the same way ("wrong way"), and they allowed them to unload. If this was some fancy car or a "VIP" guest then i could understand. The only difference between us was that the other person was a bit older than I. I cant even say it was a race situation. And they didnt appeared to have been disabled, if that was the case again understandable. Housekeeping was lazy. 9 nights stay and only received a linen changed once when i had requested it 3 times and received daily housekeeping. Didnt get my daily water replenished or some of the toiletries. I had to request an upgrade for my last night in order to get clean linen. Now that i understand what upgrades that im eligible for im going to refrain from commenting on not getting one i wanted upon check in. I was told that if i came back that they would look out for me next time but we all know how that goes... Hearsay... My expectation was high especially how i was more valued my 1st stay here and that was only for 1 night. There were some staff members that did provide excellent guest services. And sorry im unable to give you proper credit in this review since i dont remember you'll names. Despite all this i would return again but for a much shorter stay. Maybe for a couple nights not an extended stay again as this was.

Exceptional Service! Thanks for a wonderful stay. I'll be sure to use you when next I am in town for business. The team was extremely helpful and kind. The rooms were neat and tidy. I've eaten at the restaurant in the past and it was also lovely.

the hotel is very nice especially for the money. My only complaint if I had to give one would be the pillows in the room and small ice buckets. Other than that great hotel and would definitely recommend and also will still here again.

Josh at Hyatt Centric Southpark Charlotte was very helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. He helped load and unpack my car from my arrival until my departure. He was also very courtesy and friendly as I had a lot of questions since this was my first time using valet service. I will definitely be returning again soon and the hotel is amazing!

This location definitely did not disappoint! The place is centrally located to lots of food choices and shopping. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made my stay one for the books. This is definitely one of my favorite places!!
