mannger or front desk staff turned us away at 936 and said they closed at 930 we called they said they close at 945 there no leadership and it sad because i know it petty but i would never spend a dollar there idc if i was starvin
They removed spicy pork butt from the menu. I asked why and the waitress didn't know. Not outlandish for her not to know. It’s just data. It was my favorite thing on the menu… It helped round out everything else. We tried their new spicy pork bulgogi. It tasted like sweet and spicy beef jerkey.. Disappointing is an understatement. They switched up the salad dressing also — it isn’t good. They added mushrooms… does it make up for everything else? No.
If you don’t like seasoning come here

We had a party of 7 and the manager refused to let us move to a bigger table. Instead, we had to squish in a booth. Some of the food was good, but we paid for the premium and it was definitely not worth it for what we spent.

Came on a Saturday and the place was packed. I had to wait 20 minutes to eat, but since it wasn't my first time I knew the wait was worthy. Although the place was full the food came quick and the service was good. Love all side dishes and my favorite meats are the marinated ones.

After setting down to order from the menu my granddaughter (13) decided she wasn't going to eat because she didn't like what was on the menu. That's fine right so I told the waitress that she only wants a drink but she not eating. After finishing the food getting the receipt they had put my granddaughter down as eating. I spoke to the waitress and she said just a minute. She comes back and said that we should have told the people in front that she wasn't eating. Then the waitress has the algasicity to tell us that she doesn't remember me telling her that only three of us was going to eat. So, I ended up paying $35 for her not to eat. If everyone is not going to be eating then it's best to go somewhere else. As for my family we will never go into this place again. I do understand it's a eat all you want that's was not the problem here at all. They problem was the waitress lied to our face saying she doesn't remember. When she new she was told in the beginning that my granddaughter was not going to eat.

I went out with my family for my birthday and they had an amazing interior design. When the waiter attended us he was kind and very helpful as well as well informed about the menu. I really enjoyed their side dishes like the cucumber kimchi, corn with cheese, and the miso soup, although I do with it was spicier. Overall I had a great experience the only thing I can say is it might not be for everyone, you do cook your own food on a hotplate in the middle of the table. So it's not traditional in the sense that the food is not already cooked. If you keep an open mind and want to try new things definitely check it out. I recommend the pork belly and the bulgogi.
Parking: It's inside of a shopping center so it shares its parking with maybe 6 other business, 3 being other restaurants. So during dinner and lunch hours may be packed and hard to find a close parking spot.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are tables that have open space for the people that need that accessibility.

This place passes off the more expensive cuts with something else. We were brought out liver instead Wagyu. Liver has a distinct taste. I can't believe they thought we wouldn't notice.
My friends and I really enjoyed the food at Iron Dish—it was our first time dining here, and everything we tried was delicious. However, I’m giving it 3 stars because of the poor attitude we experienced from the older male host/manager, who has blonde hair and appears to be in his 30s.
When we called to ask about making a reservation, he curtly informed us that they don't accept them, which would have been fine if it wasn’t for the unnecessary rudeness. When we arrived, our party wasn't complete, and while I understand needing to wait until everyone is present to be seated, he was condescending about it, repeating the rules as if I hadn’t understood the first time. It felt like he was going out of his way to make us feel small, almost like he was on a power trip.
I’ve seen similar complaints about this particular staff member in other reviews, and it's disappointing that Iron Dish allows this behavior to continue. It reflects poorly on the restaurant. I don’t think he gets paid enough to be acting like such a diva. Regardless, there’s no excuse for acting like that in a customer-facing role. A class on basic soft skills might do him—and Iron Dish—a favor

Servers are awesome. Food is basic compared to other Korean bbq spots, appetizers are outstanding, but overall the experience is always satisfactory. I have to call them out, but the wagyu on the premium menu was terrible. The local food lion select steaks are more tender and I’ve ordered it 3-4 times this year. This is a great spot for bigger parties and if you want to enjoy some authentic Korean bbq. I will say, I took away a FULL star due to more than one occasion the owner or manager on duty (young guy in 30s) belligerently scolded our waitress right in front of us. How he runs his place is his own business but when you do it as they are bussing our tables right next to us, what are you thinking??? I’m not saying this lightly, I mean it, he stone cold faced scolded her barely a foot away from our table. Our server was awesome and she kept us enjoying the entire stay. Then the dude came over and made it super awkward. That waitress was a trooper tho, just kept moving along. All the ladies at my table stopped smiling and all the kids asked if we got our waitress in trouble… it was unprofessional and rude. This is a great establishment but there is no need to “humiliate” that girl in front of us. Lastly, I called the place and the receptionist just said hello. Lol, I thought I misdialed…
Parking: Terrible parking lot. Super tight spaces and always crammed!
