“It’s just wings” should be named “it’s just Chili’s”.I wish I would have done more research to see that this is just a Chili’s to go operation.It had all the Chili’s favorites..overpriced food that was barely edible, the food was ready 20 minutes after pick up window even when 5 workers were just standing around in the kitchen.Horrible experience and a mistake that I don’t want to make again. I hope this post saves someone else.

Ordered 16 wings for take out. They said they would call my name when ready. After 20 min I went back to the counter, two employees were chatting, I asked for my order and there it was, waiting. They said it had just come out, although neither had called me and were chatting instead. So either they took 20 min to fry 16 wings, which is bad. Or they took 10 and had me waiting at the bar another 10. Which is even worse. By the way, the place was nearly empty so being busy was not an excuse either. NOT RECOMMENDED. Not coming back.

Haven’t even had the chance to eat the wings. Or see them. I placed two orders online. One was finished at the correct time, the second , I’ve been waiting for over an hour. The first order is cold!!! And nobody seems to care!! Never again in my life. I should have read the reviews first.

HAIRY AND SCARY CHICKEN do not order from this place it is poison the wings are hairy they do not wash their chicken me and my husband was eating and we noticed every single chicken wing has a full on patch of hair display should go out of business
I had my order delivered through doordash therefore I wouldnt know the experience at the location.I had the Smoked wings with apple bbq sauce.You can really taste the hickory smoke. And the sauce gave it a tangy sweet bbq flavor. Well Done.

This place is disgusting! Ordered lemon pepper and Buffalo wings from Door Dash and they sent me uncooked wings. They were not seasoned and barely had any sauce on them. Gross! I’ll never order again.

I got the bone in wings with ponzu sauce and curly fries and added fried Oreos. I spent $20 and it was disgusting. Wings were not crispy, the sauce barely had flavor and fries were so soggy. I ordered through door dash and expected it to not be as crispy as if I dined there, but when I bit into a wing a few times come to find out it was totally undercooked. The fried Oreos were so hard and greasy. Do not recommend do not waste your money like I did Chex is way better.

I ordered from Door Dash today and loved it! I was hesitant because I had never heard of them before but they were running a promotion so figured I’d try them out. I ordered the honey chipotle boneless wings with the curly fries and two extra sauces. I later saw the reviews and how bad they were so I had to leave my positive experience. Thank you!

Wish I had read the reviews. Every short cut you can't take with wings fries and fried oreos they took. The wings and fries had no crisp, they were oily and greasy and soggy. The fries oreos were also a mess they were soggy on the inside and burnt on the outside. Literally didn't enjoy anything on my plate and now I have a tummy ache from giving it a try. Clearly Chillis should not branch out because this was a major fail.
